My wife and I ate there last night. We just had a few appetizers and a couple drinks. Expensive but that’s expected. The chicken wings were excellent, the fried calamari was one of the worst I ever had. When it came to the bill our server didn’t say much about my comment regarding the calamari. Another gentleman came by(we sat at the bar) and asked how everything was and once again I said great except for the calamari. He was nice enough to take it off the bill which by the way was $ 17.00 for the calamari. It’s a pretty good place if you go in knowing it’s going to be somewhat expensive.

The food was decent but also a lot more expensive than the food is worth. A personal pizza will run you $ 18 and above. A burger is around the same. A simple lunch here, without appetizers cost us around $ 100 including tip. A lunch! It wasn’t even like I was eating something super fancy or particularly special. I’m not the type of person that minds paying for food — if it’s good food. The food here definitely did not meet that standard. The only reason I’m giving them this many stars is because our waitress was nice and friendly, if a bit absent during our meal I don’t recommend eating here — only if you’re at the resort and have no other choice. Go outside the resort and explore — there are so many other options around.

Good spot if you don’t want to leave the Hilton Village. Great ocean views, good ambience, and decent American fare. We had the village Mai Tai’s, and the Big Kahuna burgers. The drinks were good, but the deal breakers were the buns in the burgers… they fell apart the moment we grabbed the burgers. Service was good, folks were friendly and helpful. We commented on the buns and were comped a nice coconut cream cake, though we weren’t asking for it. Good on-property spot.
