Spent 3 nights at the Trump Waikiki(staycation) celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Each night I reserved a different spa treatment for my wife(Kauai Polish & Clay Mask Treatment, Jet Lag Recovery Treatment & a Naturally Yours Facial). Eriko & Tomoko were the Massuse and whatever they did. my wife was certainly rejuvinated each visit! I could not have had a better plan for her! :)

Ohana massage shiatsu style by expert hands and an ohana facial by esthetician Emiko with Natura Bisse product. Lovely that their towels have a super clean smell. I was in heaven. Super cute logo and products to shop for in the wait lounge. Bought my boyfriend the Success by Trump aftershave. Smells nice!

$ 165 for a massage. More like $ 165 to be petted like a cat with what they call a «massage therapist». I went to a $ 65 hole in the wall massage place after and got the best massage of my life. Trump spa is a waste of money.

I wanted to book a special spa experience for my wife and I on our trip to Hawaii. I’m so happy I chose the Trump Spa. I am quite familiar with massage treatments and used to go once a week to our local spa. I was looking for a top of the line treatment while on vacation, and found one at Trump. We left feeling exactly how we wanted to feel… Relaxed and Pampered. The atmosphere was private and intimate. We had the bath treatment as well as a massage. It was perfect.

I love to be pampered and this day spa has it down to a science. The relaxing feel of the spa permeates your being the moment you walk into the doors. Peaceful, tranquil and all things relaxing. Went for a pedicure and wanted to stay for a facial but didnt have the time. The Celestial Pedi was my choice and worth every dollar spent. Will do it again next time I stay there.

Abraham was my MT for the Classic Trump Massage. Very professional, and considerate. Hot tea to start, foot and hand wash was a nice touch. The aromatics used were light, and got my ok before they were used. The massage went the whole hour, and was head to toe. He wasn’t overly chatty or gloomy, seemed to know exactly how to read my mood and what I needed. If I go back, I will for sure request him. Kama’aina gets 10% off and tip was included(although I added extra, as I saw it appropriate). Valet parking is also free for those using the spa, along with 4 extra hours AFTER the massage(for those who want to shop or lunch in Waikiki). Everyone I encountered in the Trump Hotel was wonderful, more than courteous and made me feel special from toe in to toe out. Great day!

If you are looking for a serene and private spa experience, this is your place. Exquisite products including gemstone infused oils are used in the signature body treatments, and the therapists are skilled, professional, and sensitive. Comphy Co. sheets are used on the treatment beds which feel simply divine. The aesthetics department has a Dermalucent light machine which I’ve been told Madonna totes around on tour to keep her facial collagen in tip top shape. Come in for a treatment– you won’t regret it!

First off, let’s just lay some things out. You say that this hotel is just«borrowing» Trump’s name, and that it’s not actually a true«Trump Hotel.» Yes, it is beautiful, but for this big name, borrowed or not, this spa is definitely a let down! My lady was a Japanese lady and she was pretty good, but my «DEEP therapy» massage for an hour was $ 165! And they didn’t tell me it was gratuity included of 20%!! What if you felt she didn’t deserve the extra $ 32!!! CRAZYYY!!! Their spa here is VERY small. They tried to make it nice and I admit the actual room was very relaxing, if you could try and drown out the buses, cars, and various emergency vehicles going by. The sheets were AMAZING! I seriously need to figure out what kind of sheets they were! SO comfortable and luxurious! If you look on their spa menu of services, it looks almost exactly the same as Trump’s Spas in his actual hotels like the one in Chicago and Maralago. So very confused with this level of service. If I’m going to pay over $ 200 total for a massage, it better be WAY more than just pretty good! I can pay under $ 100 for some of the absolutely amazing massages I’ve had other places! And the deep tissue, even though I told her to go deeper, wasn’t a deep tissue massage at all. She did stretch me really nicely at the end, but I feel that this wasn’t a true 60 min massage either. Trust me, I won’t be back to this place! It’s definitely a rip off and you’re just paying for the name, which evidently is borrowed too! YIKES! I’ll take my $ 200 somewhere else and get at least 2 hours of fabulous massages thank you very much!
