The Firm Hnl Hawaii

Been supporting these guys since they had their first black friday back in 2012 with all their vintage hats. Later on ended up being a heavy buyer from them as i loved their «script» design since at the time «team» scripts were so popular. All the guys here are super chill and give you great customer service, super friendly. Only «complaint» i ever encountered is when they did their Black Friday a couple years ago, ended up being well within the first 30 in line (in which the first 30 people in line got a «special» deal) but as the night progressed I went from around 15ish in line to literally 40^th in line because these dumbass kids cut in line. Overall that was the only time i was legit pissed at this place because i waited 15 hours in line for nothing. Ended up not supporting them or at least not religiously buying from them for a while because of their lack of security from this event. Overall though great brand, offers deals with a local twist.

Pretty cool hat place right in that tri-​fecta of small business areas at the upstairs area on Keeamokua right above the Japanese restaurant and Green Papaya. It’s located right next to the neighboring shops Noteworthy and HNL Fight Shop. It will be the last shop on the far end. They have some pretty authentic throwback and retro hats over here showcasing teams from Basketball, other sports and teams and such. The staff and customer service is good. The first time I went they had locked. Just like the other neighboring shops, it’s very intimate and small spaciously. They do have a wall for all of their hats and such. There’s really that much except for shirts and stuff. The prices are pretty decent for the merchandise. I didn’t have time to thoroughly look through the items of the store the last time I went but it was really good. If you are a hat collector or event if you are just a person who loves hats and stuff or wears them you all have to check out this place for sure.

Love this store!
Even for a girl who isn’t into hats can come here and enjoy herself and even purchase a hat. The ambiance is awesome, I love the layout and the feel of this store. The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and helpful with their product. Product is reasonably priced. And you know me, I love vintage anything.
I loved that they built the store themselves, even that gorgeous shelving that holds all the hats.
There is a bench there to sit and chill and pretty much drool over the hats.
It’s air-​conditioned thank goodness. They’re doing really well for themselves, they’ve already been featured in Honolulu Magazine :)

Another addition to the ever expanding shops around Keeaumoku St. The Firm or «Fresh in The Right Mind» is located in the same building as Noteworthy and HNL Fight Shop, above Green Papaya. Its a cool little shop that carries vintage & retro throwback hats. They have a every team and sport you could think of from college to pro. The owners were very cool and helpful when we were in there. They’ve been open for about 2 months but said their website has been running for 2 years now. They had a small selection of shirts in the store but their throwback hats are their focus in the store. Definitely worth a look.
