Established in 1947.

Highway Inn was founded after the war by former Japanese Immigrants that were interned in WWII. Operating in Waipahu, Oahu for almost 70 years, Highway Inn recently opened its second location in Honolulu, and now its third, a small café concept at the Bishop Museum.
