You probably shouldn’t let the obviously stoned or tweaked out girl or whatever work the drive thru. 4−25−16 at 11PM or so. What’s the point of asking me if I want any hot sauce and then not giving me any… or any napkins… or the correct drink… and then putting sour cream on everything even tho I specifically asked for no sour cream (although the order screen showed that you understood I asked for it to be left off). Thanks I guess I’ll try another taco bell. Why ask questions if you are going to ignore them. #tacobell #servicesucks

Worst customer service at the drive thru. I hope the manager fires the worker who purposely screwed up my order and laughed about it. I ordered a steak quesalupa combo. The order taker said, «oh, you want a 12 pack combo?» I say no and repeated that I wanted a quesalupa combo. She asks for steak, chicken or beef. I say steak. She says, «oh, you like beef!» I say no. I want steak. She says, «Okay, steak. Is everything right on the screen?» The screen clearly lists the steak quesalupa. I say yes and drive forward. I get the package and I drive home. I open the bag and what’s inside? BEEF! Unreal.
I suspected she did it on purpose because she was grinning and laughing with her co-​workers. I was just glad I didn’t find any of her mustache hairs inside the food. One star for no hair.

I like Taco Bell. While it’s not authentic Mexican food, it hits the spot. My favorite item from Taco Bell is the Mexican Pizza. I’ve been told that if I went to Mexico and ordered this, the locals would look at me funny. Mexican Pizza doesn’t exist in Mexico and is a concoction of Taco Bell.
I had dinner here last night. I received a bogo coupon through their email for their newest item, Quesalupa. It’s like a taco, except the shell is different. It’s served in a cheese stuffed shell. We got one with ground beef and one with chicken. It wasn’t bad, but I prefer the taco with the crunchy shell. This shell was soft and bread like. I’m a crunchy woman. I like everything crunchy: fries, chips, cookies, etc.
We also got two Cheesy Bean And Rice Burritos, and a Cinnamon Twist. My husband doesn’t eat beef or pork, only chicken. He was almost done eating his Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, when he noticed that there was beef in it. They made the wrong burritos. He was beyond pissed. He took the second one back and they made him the right one. The workers were very nice and apologetic.

Interesting responses from the cashier. Before we placed the order, we were handed a paper cup. When she rang up the order my wife asked if the order was correct since it was below the amount printed on the heads-​up displays. In a very condescending manner, the cashier demanded my wife to step back and re-​check the display above.
Ok, she forgot to charge us the amount for meal & then decided to GET MAD AT US for being honest.
Hope they give that lady cashier some extra training.

Went here because it was close to where I was at the time. Ive been here maybe two times before, no problems, maybe a little slow.
Tonight, I went through the drive through, I ordered a combo meal and a couple other add-​ons. Got to the window, waited a little while for my food (nothing unusual). I got my bag (forgot that I ordered a combo meal), told the guy thank you and left.
When I got home I realized they forgot to give me my drink for my combo meal. I thought, oh well, whatever I’ll survive. But, looking in my bag, not only did they forget my drink (which I had to pay extra for because it was a baja blast), but they forgot my soft taco that goes with my meal AND a for for me to eat my cheesy fiesta potatoes with. I feel ripped off and will probably not come here again.

How hard is it to work at Taco Bell? This Taco Bell never gets my order right. Everyone that works here is so stupid. Don’t ever go here.

This place gets my order wrong every single time I go there. Idk why they can’t get anything right. Is it really that hard to read an order and put everything in a bag?

This Taco Bell is interesting because half of it is Taco Bell, while the other half is Pizza Hut. Years ago, this place was actually just a Pizza Hut, but since renovations have been done it has turned into a hybrid restaurant.
I hardly ever dine in here, but on occasion I do make it through the drive thru. I found the drive thru rather confusing the first time I went through because I could not for the life of me find the order speaker. I seesawed my car back and forth, menu board to menu board, and finally went around the building. To my surprise, the order box was located on the farthest side of the building near the street.
I like the food here and I do not know why people say the food here gives them the runs. I have never experienced that.
Service has always been professional and fast. It’s wonderful how quickly they can prepare the food here. If you do dine in, parking is usually always plentiful.

My honey love Taco Bell… fast friendly service everytime we are here. We will be back for another run for da border… lol

I’m very impressed with the staff at this taco bell.
I was craving some junk food, and last night made my way to taco bell to satisfy my craving. I used the drive through, which was empty (thank god, my stomach was crying for food now!)
The guy taking my order was accurate, friendly, and a bit funny. Liking inside everyone was smiling and greeted me while almost instantly filling my order.
Well done guys! Next time I’m craving the bell I’ll be back at this location.

Taco Bell is a great place to get food. They’re prices are inexpensive and they are pretty quick.
Sometimes, I like to order from Pizza Hut, which you cannot order from in the drive through line. A quick tip though, is if you and someone else are going to eat there, but one of you wants Pizza Hut food instead, be sure to order from Pizza Hut first. They usually take a long time, between 10 – 15 minutes to cook the pizzas. And Taco Bell is pretty quick with their orders.
Whenever my other half wants Taco Bell and I want something from Pizza Hut, we always order from Pizza Hut first. If we order at the same time, my food comes out way after he has already eaten his food.
When you eat here later in the night, the dinning area is open until 11pm on the weekends. Be careful and be mindful, because the last few times we have eaten here late, there were some pretty interesting characters that still in. Tonight, there were some druggies, drunks and a few crazies. Not to make fun of other people, but why come to a walk in dinner area if you are plastered, high or not all there!!! It just makes if for an awkward time for everyone else who is eating there…

Customer service here is lacking. Yes, I get it, it’s not a 4 star restaurant, but it’s still a service business. We waited in line next to an older couple that was still deciding on their order. When we looked at the cashier, he gave us a nod like he was waiting for us to order. When I went up, he then told me that it wasn’t my turn. O-​kaaay. So after a few minutes, the older couple orders. I don’t move until the cashier actually tells me it’s my turn. I go up to order the new mocha shake & pay. He leaves, comes back after a few seconds, & tells me that it’s not ready? Wait, what? It’s on the menu. Nope not ready for ordering. I asked for a refund & he tells me, «but I have to get a manager.» Well, go get one because I’m not giving you my money for nothing. Next time, dive thru.

Thé ONLY fast-​food i ever consume is Taco Bell. There’s really no way to justify it other than, at least there’s vegetarian options. Real ones. Sadly, as with any fast food location, I’m wary of the quality. This is my last resort when I have nothing planned, feel lazy, and just want to relax. Treat myself like a fatty moments.

Even for a Taco Bell nothing special about this location. Food not as good as the one in Hawaii Kai or Makiki but better than others such as the Kalihi one or the one in the PX near Pearl Harbor. My main gripe is often hit this up after leaving Safeway and cutting across the road to make the entrance from there a huge pain.

The place today ⁴⁄₃₀ was a pig sty–
I get it — it was crowded– tons of coupons laying on the floor, long lines and people working behind the counters like fast food workers–
Garbage on the tables.
Wet like tire grease stains on the floor. And just Dirty in the sitting areas.
I have never seen this place this dirty– even when it was an outside open air walk up window and seating.

Everytime I go to pretty much any TB, they short me on taco sauce packets. This one is no execption. Same problem. At least the huffy employee gave me a handful more when I complained. I ask for 10 and they give me 3. Now. .. either they can’t count or they feel like it gets taken out of their pay. What’s with the sauce rationing that goes on at these establishments? Ridiculous! I need more than 1 packet of sauce per taco please. I like 3 for each, so I ask for 10, figuring its easier for them to count out 10.
Ok, rant over. Other than that, TB is great. Food is good (usually) and fills you up.

b. The order menu is located directly above the counter. Go visit any McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s or any fast food with long lines. Their menus are directly in front of you. The setup here gives me a stiff neck.

Answer: The Nachos Supreme — $ 2.99. I like that it is bigger than a Nachos BellGrande. It is just the right size for two people. That is like $ 1.50 a person.

Why do I keep coming back to this one. My food is always sloppy and get my orders wrong. This past Friday I ordered the new steak cantina quesadilla but got chicken instead. I also ordered two cheesy gorditas but got one.
Love the fast food but not at this particular joint.
