Awesome service, Larry always did what he said & better… brought a sample of fabric, which matched our colors really well. Showed up early, on time, finished quickly and professionally. Pricing is competitive. Staff at the store is very friendly and reminded me about parking meter. Understands our situation and knows his stuff. Will definitely consider for other curtains.

I’ve not had any problem with State. The problem is with quality of materials which is industry-wide and not the fault of businesses. What we used to get 30 years ago lasted years. Now 2 is norm. For as much as drapes cost, this is too bad and another state of affairs that springs from everything coming from China. I do recommend State for their honesty and hard work, and competitive pricing.

I try not to give negative reviews on Unilocal but my experience with State Drapery has been horribly non-existent. Besides the one time estimate visit a month ago, I have not heard back from Larry Lui(whom I think is the owner). Not with a quote or a phone call to explain reasons for delay. I followed up once with him last week, and he said he communicated with someone else that handles my rental property– why would you do that when the estimation is about my residence? Anyway, he then promised me an estimation. It’s been more than a week since my follow up phone call and there is still no quotes or estimate. I made it very clear in his first visit that I live out of island and would only be home for the month of April. Yet I have no idea why it would take him a month to still have no progress or result. The one star is for friendliness. And because Unilocal requires at least one star. But friendliness is only the beginning of customer service. State Drapery doesn’t seem to be able to follow through. So I’m taking my business elsewhere. Bye Larry.
