1 Star because I couldn’t go any lower. Edward you suck! Eyebrows on point but your attitude could use some work.

The best Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to. Not only the cleanest but also well organized. It makes you feel at home and having coffee in the garden. It was nice having coffee from the 22nd floor to the lobby. Baristas are friendly and they seems to enjoy what they’re doing. Yes, I am coming back given the chance.

Worst starbucks ever. Did t know how to make a new item in their menu, didnt know how to refund, and didnt know how to ring the right amount for refund at all. Plus, they are not on the starreward system.

I moved to Waikiki a few months ago and I have come here(Starbucks Ali’i) a few times, usually in the evening or on weekends. I have always found everyone to be friendly. Today I happen to be here at 7:30 am for a conference. The line was out the door but the entire staff moved the line through effortlessly and with a friendly smile. A man, whom I believe was a manager, came in and subtly let each staff member know they were doing a «great job this morning». That alone was enough to come back again. The cashier also asked for my ID after I gave her my credit card and I thanked her for doing so because the back of my CC says«please ask for ID» but no one ever asks. So as we joked a bit she says«we do our job». My grande iced skinny vanilla latter was just as good as any Starbucks. As far as cost… You are in Hawai’i and staying at a resort basically. It is to be expected you will pay more!

The Starbucks inside the Kalia Tower has had, for the 2 years I lived on-site, the consistently worst customer service I have ever come across. Sour-faced workers. Glum. Despondent. You’d think, being paid $ 18 an hour(because it’s a unionized property) that they might manage to muster up a smile once in a while?

No free WiFi unless you’re a Hilton Honor guess or AT&T customer. I guess this would be an ideal place to read a book. The upside about this place: Restroom is available unlike some other starbucks places. The room temperature is great, not too cold. The menu items can be pricey but you can always eat a spam misubi for $ 1.85 at the ABC convenient store(around the area) while you sip on your coffee. This place doesn’t seem to get busy during the day, making a lot open seats.

The cashier ppl could be a little more friendly. There’s one guy in there(dark hair, usually parted to the side) that’s always friendly + asks how the customers are doing + asks what they’ve been up to here on vacation. The food + drinks are always great. And I love that there’s a Starbucks right here in the resort.

Stay away from this Starbucks on the Hilton Village Hotel property. The service is terrible, the prices are higher than a regular Starbucks and the lines are super long because the baristas are not efficient. After paying over $ 3 for a small coffee, I went back for my usual free refill that I always get for being Gold Card member and they said they«don’t participate in this program», you had to pay $ 1.15 for a refill. Even if I had to pay for a refill, it should be the usual $ 0.50 they charge in all other stores for non-gold card holders. Do not go to this Starbucks, walk two blocks down the street to the next one.

Our drinks were made correctly and they tasted great, but the service was bad. The lady at the cashier was very rude to us. She sounded very mean and didn’t sound very friendly at all.

Highly recommend you DONOT come to this«Starbucks.» It is appalling to me that Starbucks corporate would allow this location to even operate under the Starbucks name giving Starbucks such a bad reputation. Not only does this Starbucks not offer the continued email promotions(ex: frappy hour«oh, we don’t do that» or the new frappé mini’s(we don’t have the cups or don’t do those here either”). But they can’t even get an order right then are extremely rude in their follow up regarding our request. Simply asked for basic black coffee Extra light ice and received a stuffed full to the brim iced drink. We politely asked the barista if we were able to get just a little bit of ice vs the completely full cup of ice and she replied«we follow a protocol here, we follow our rules.» Was kinda taken back by her response, until we saw the bill that was 3 times more expensive then the Seattle locations… If this was my first Starbucks experience I would NEVER come back. What a shame for the Starbucks name and for Hilton to include this terrible service inside their high-scale location.

This Starbucks was very busy when I went in, but all of the staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat. Despite the line up, I received my drink quickly. No complaints!

No wifi, lame staff, lame lukewarm coffee. Was told«we are not really a Starbucks», whatever that means. Hilton staff were rude as well.

This place can be a hit or miss. Visited in the afternoon and I was one of 2 people in there. Ordered an iced latte which taster kinda water down. This morning with a big line outside the barista came out to say that they espresso machine is down and asked us to go to anothe Starbucks.

Ordered a strawberry black tea and when I got it the drink was terrible. Never been to a Starbucks where the tea was so watered down. It might as well have been water with a splash of strawberry. Asked for the drink to be made again and it turned out just as bad the second time. When I asked the barista to add a bit more strawberry she gave me a bit of sass. Hardly come into this side of waikiki, but if I do I won’t be coming back to this one.

Excellent service from Julian, the Starbucks barista in the Alii Tower. The cashier accidentally gave me a tall Tiramisu latte when I ordered and paid for a Grande Tiramisu Latte. When I explained the situation to Julian, he gave me a free Grande latte with no questions and no attitude. My husband performs a lot of weddings at the Hilton’s chapel so I go to that Starbucks quite often. Julian always has an excellent attitude and always put the customer’s needs first. Amazing!

Unfortunately, since dating my boyfriend, he has turned me into a «Starbucks person.» Not to the point where I’m feigning and have to go everyday, but definitely enough to have found myself to be a Gold Starbucks Rewards member. So there’s that. I work at the Hilton and this Starbucks is located in Kalia Tower on the bottom floor, so I’m usually walking by there every morning to get to my floor. It’s a small Starbucks, and located in Waikiki, so it’s definitely a little more expensive than other locations. Another downfall is that even though it says Starbucks and sells Starbucks drinks and paraphernalia, it is not TECHNICALLY a Starbucks. Therefore, I cannot redeem any type of rewards I earn there, which is just really lame to me. :-/ The only thing keeping it afloat, is that it stays pretty busy but they have a lot of competent employees, so even when there is a long line you get your order pretty darn fast. I definitely have a few favorite people in like to stop by and say hi to because they are the absolute sweetest and totally make my day. :) Service and convenience are what keeps me here, so I’ll be back to spend my hard earned dollars on another pick me up soon. Marie is the best barista I’ve ever had. I stop by every morning and she knows exactly how I take my Tokyo espresso! She’s friendly and honestly the reason I always go there! She’s never f’ed up my coffee! Thanks girl :) Tasha is also a wonderful barista. Honestly you can relay on your order being perfect every single time with these two…

It is located in the Hilton Kalia tower, also small shop but there are plenty of comfy indoor and outdoor seating by the water fall. The menu is typical Starbucks. Everything is same as any other chains. It can be crowded on the busy season or holidays. The service is averaged. Just like any other places on the island, the mode is slower and more relaxing than main land’s… so be patient!

Great location — a friend and I just beat the crowd, too! This Starbucks is located right next to a really cute store with clothing in Hilton Hawaiian Village — the seating outside is great for window shopping and still being able to listen to hipster music coming from inside of Starbucks! Unfortunately, my review for this Starbucks is almost purely based on service — the baristas were very kind, but one of them took my order for a tall passion tea with strawberries, relayed it to the other barista, and I was charged for a grande passion tea with raspberry syrup, yikes! I will probably return when I am in the Hilton, but if i’m just looking for a quick passion tea in Waikiki I’ll visit the location near Zanzabar.
