If I could give no stars I would. I originally bought the groupon. Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. I fell ill over the weekend and spent Monday morning at the hospital, they thought my appendix burst. When I called to cancel the appointment, I was immediately yelled at. «You can’t just cancel! There’s a 24 hour notice. If you don’t give 24 hour notice you forfeit your groupon. Go read your voucher! I am very busy and have a full schedule.» What ever happened to customer service? The customer is always right? I think not. When going back and reading the fine print on my voucher, it says nothing about a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. How are you suppose to trust a business with your beauty and health needs when you’re getting horrid service over the phone? I spent $ 70 for nothing. Luckily groupon gave me a refund based on the horrible experience. Don’t waste your time or money.

I was so happy with my facial from Chelsea. I’ve been to her a few times and she always makes me feel so comfortable and refreshed. Definitely great energy and clearly a very knowledgeable esthetician. I’ve had facials and massages where they touch you in a very routine manner, but this wasn’t anywhere near that. I felt very cared for. Amazing place, amazing people! What more could you ask for?

My experience at spectrum of Beauty was exceptional, the office space is open and clean and the facial room felt like stepping into an oasis of relaxation. Chelsea used her vast knowledge to tailor a facial to cleanse and rejuvenate, and address issues that i had going on with my skin. I will definitely be returning soon for another facial!

I had such an amazing experience at Spectrum of Beauty. I was looking for a facial treatment to help with my stress and and overall well-​being. The ultrasound facial felt like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Everything about the spa was pleasurable, the atmosphere was relaxing and overall felt extremely healing. I will definitely be going back here again! They also have a variety of offers and treatments that are not available anywhere else.

Went in yesterday for the procedure. Kelsey worked magic on my back rolls. My back seems much smoother and firmer than before. And she was very sweet & professional… So comfortable to work with. Can’t wait till my next session with her. Thanks Kelsey!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Spectrum of Beauty! Mimi was very thorough and explained the entire procedure to me and what to expect in the days to come. The actualy procedure was more like a massage and really relaxing.

I just left my appointment and this place is great! Their professionalism is a dying trait amongst businesses these days. I had to reschedule my original appointments and I was super rude over the phone. Despite my attitude, they still treated me as if it never happened. (I did formally apologize for my behavior. *smile*) I got instant results and I plan to attend more sessions. Don’t pass up the Groupon or Living Social deal if you see it! Plan to get an appointment like two to three weeks out though. ;)

Calm, quiet, soothing and great results! Everything you want in a spa for that day you want a ‘Mommy’ day. Its a great spa with little «extras» like body sculpting on the side. Parking is easy in the building no driving around. Thanks ladies.

I went in today and it was great ! The day that worked on me was extremely sociable and easy to talk to as she worked her magic on my lower stomach. After my session i got immediate results. I lost an inch and due to swelling i was told that i will see more of a difference. I was very satisfied with my results! thank you !

My other half purchased a livingsocial deal for one treatment, so I was super excited to use it! Unfortunately, they were pretty booked, so I had to wait a few weeks for the next available appointment. The staff (Mimi and another girl, I’ve already forgotten her name, but she was very nice!) was very friendly, the office was clean and comfortable, and the procedure was painless. I’ve ready a couple of online reviews about the entire process, and I was a bit skeptical about it when I went in.
I’m just going to say it, I still feel fat, but I understand it takes more than just one procedure to see results. However, I can say that my skin felt tighter (I had the procedure done on my belly) and smoother!
I don’t think I would purchase any more sessions because, lets face it, it’s pretty expensive, but I might go back for some of their other services.

This is new to the island. It’s pretty amazing. Mimi is super awesome. The result is permanent! Her price is much less than what they charge on the mainland. It doesn’t hurt at all it’s actually really relaxing and I love that it’s safe. I did my homework and wouldn’t waste my money on any other beauty treatment that promises what this does. It’s the real deal. Worth every penny.
