ShutterBooth Hawaii

We used Shutterbooth for our wedding back in December of 2012, and we are so happy that we went with them! Jamie and Pat are both extremely accommodating and professional and we loved the digital and hard copy photo strips that we got through them, and for a great price, too!
I loved being able to customize my logo with our names and wedding date! It came out absolutely perfect! I also highly recommend getting the sleeves for the photo strips! They are really great for keeping your pictures in pristine condition.
Having a photo booth at a wedding reception is so much fun for everyone! But I think I might have enjoyed it more than my guests! Haha I love having the pictures to look at to remember my special day!

Great quality photos and service. Owners do their best deliver any special requests for backdrops and design so you can have exactly what you’ve envisioned for your special occasion. Fun activity and provides a memorable take away for guests.

Shutter booth Hawaii did an awesome job with my wedding! Jamie and Pat are hands down one of the best vendors we worked with! They are professional and efficient with the service they provided. They were excellent with communicating with my husband and I in preparation for the venue and delivered exceptional service. The attendants were attentive and friendly to our guests. We also received an amazing photo album that included all the photos from that night. It’s a memorable keepsake that we’ll have forever. We have another event coming up and will definitely be contacting Jamie and Pat to help us out! :))

These guys were the icing on the cake for an unforgettable night! Coordinating with them was a breeze, and they were so accommodating. Everyone at our wedding loved their props and kept going back to the booth for more pics. My husband and I loved being able to see all of our guests pics online after! Such a great experience!

Very professional, prompt and extremely helpful! Provided a variety of props for our guests to use and enjoy for the photos! Shutterbooth was certainly a hit at our daughter’s graduation party! Truth be told, my wife tried calling you on several occasions trying to make arrangements to get a check to you for a special you were having. I recall her telling me of a conversation she had with your husband/​partner in which she asked if we could still qualify for the special if our check was postmarked before the expiration date and was told you had to have it in your possesion before the expiration date. She then asked if we could deliver it to you that Saturday to make the deadline but was told you were too busy with other events and couldn’t meet with us. That’s when I called and I left my message. So we did try working with you more than once. Unfortunately, you were not very accommodating and seemed to make it a point to refuse our business. My call happened to be the last time we tried to work with you.
I shouldn’t have to try reaching you through various social media outlets. I could say the same goes for you. Had you checked Unilocal more diligently you would have seen my comment and you could have done the professional thing and reached out to me. I know you’re busy, but if you’re going to insinuate that I should make use of social media I would think you would do the same. After all, you are a business that relies on it more than I.
You can choose to keep defending yourselves here but we ultimately determined you were not interested in our business and we decided to work with Bambooth. They did an excellent job. The sad thing is we were very impressed when meeting you at the wedding expo and were certain we wanted to work with you. Our experience after that was a total 180.
Judging by other comments and experiences I see about your company here, it’s one extreme to the other. Perhaps you should evaluate yourselves instead of pointing your finger at me for not making additional attempts to contact you. We did our part and then some, you failed to do yours.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. Two females show up, not helpful nor friendly. They basically ignored us when we asked for help. I couldn’t believe that they just sat there eating their meals when we asked them questions. How rude! If you want to spend a lot of money at your event (ie, wedding, birthday party, etc) and have two people show up & be rude to your guests, these are the right people to hire. And to think I was considering them for a party coming up! I would never recommend them to anyone. Great concept, but unfortunately they ruined it for the guests. One star for just showing up.

I thought they were quite unaccommodating. Not very friendly when it comes to children. Whatever happened to service with a smile. The 2 «hosts» were more busy eating their dinner and texting than actually «hosting».
I have come across many photo booths both here and the mainland. This one is definitely lacking. In terms of options for costume and props, there weren’t too many choices. The computer screen was very blurry, can hardly see the picture.

Shutterbooth gets an A+ on my list! They communicated well through the planning process and they are just good peeps! Jamie and Pat really gave me the works and treated my party like royalty. The workers were very professional and their packages were outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for their guest to have special memories to seriously recruit these guys! They stream it to the web and send you a CD of all the special moments. Also get the scrap book! So fun! I have stuff that I will cherish forever. Thank you guys!

Shutterbooth Hawaii did an amazing job at my wedding. They had the best photo booth I had ever seen and they were so helpful with any questions I had. Pat and Jaime did an amazing job with creating the custom logo on the pictures and they also created a scrapbook of all the pictures my guest took with a message to us.
I was so happy with everything and I would totally recommend Shutterbooth Hawaii to anyone who would like a photo booth at their party. They were AWESOME!!!

There’s an awesome Honolulu photo booth rental company called ShutterBooth that is ‘huge’ back on the mainland. I know that they are all over the east coast, Cali, and Las Vegas. They did my best friend’s wedding and countless number of my friends have used them. Each and every party that I have seen them at, they are the life of the party. ShutterBooth always seems to have their photo booths at local charity/​special events. I recently saw them at the Iolani Fair auctioning their services. Guess that’s «their thing.» In any event, it looks like they opened a Honolulu photo booth rental location right here! It’s about time the professional photo booth companies make it to Hawaii.
