Randall of Servco Appliance cinched my decision towards purchasing the Bosch dishwasher in the showroom. My sister and niece liked their Bosch purchased w/​in 2 yrs, I had an 11 yr one, and was deciding between it and Kitchen Aid. Kitchen Aid has wider prongs, exposed heating element. Bosch has various prongs, covered element (doesn’t dry as well unless on sanitize), some Bosch has split utensil racks (can separate and use half), both have 3^rd top rack. Sears told me the top rack interferes w/​cleaning and recommended the Kitchen Aid w/​2 racks. I’ve used only 30 min express and auto for large loads, both came out clean (I still lightly rinse my dishes since I don’t wash daily)…wet, so I open it to dry.
Randall knew his stuff, said top rack doesn’t intefere, and I LOVE it. Really wanted that top rack. I removed the split utensil rack since the top rack handles all my utensils, plastic covers, spatulas, small stuff to clean, and it’s easy to load/​unload because no bending.
The narrow prongs may be problematic for those w/​thick, heavy plates. I use all Corelle, and it loads a mountain of dishes. Totally quiet, no beeping, just a cool red light when its on. Bring your clean dishes, utensils, pots, whatever you’ll use and load it in the showroom. Once I did that, I knew that was my dishwasher.
Can’t believe how much I LOVE, LOVE this dishwasher. Actually enjoy loading and unloading and showing its features to anyone interested.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had stopped at Servco to check out their appliances. The first time we wandered the store but nobody bothered to ask us if we needed any help so I ruled them out immediately as having poor customer service. We headed to Lowes, Home Depot, Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home (inside Best Buy), and a couple other places. I found some stuff I liked at Pacific Sales Kitchen and Home and they had a great selection. However, I headed to the mainland for work and my mom took my wife back to Servco. They bought an entire kitchen set of appliances from the GE Profile series. I was a little concerned about it after the complete lack of customer service on our first trip but my mom and my wife assured me that they had been helpful on the second visit.
Our appliances arrived in mid December. They delivered and removed our old appliances without incident. Nothing was installed until January as the kitchen work was progressing slowly. Finally everything was installed in January and things seemed to be going well until the refrigerator stopped cooling. We lost about $ 300 worth of food and after a long bitter battle with GE and Servco they sent an old loaner refrigerator while we waited for the new refrigerator to be repaired. We tried to get them to take it back considering it was less than 3 months old at the time but they refused citing their 30 day return policy. The first company they sent to repair the refrigerator didn’t even show up so it took another week to get another company, Aloha Appliances who is awesome by the way, to come out and replace a fan. It seemed to be working okay, although not great, so we hoped that despite the dismal reviews on Google for the model we had that things would be okay. Yesterday the temperature inside it was 59 degrees meaning it broke again. That’s twice in less than 5 months. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from GE refrigerators or at least educate yourself online before you buy one. Further, buy it from a distributor that actually stands behind the products they sell.

Open the refrigerator today and the temperature is a balmy 65 degrees. This is simply outrageous. This is the third time since January this thing has broken. We’ve lost hundreds of dollars worth of groceries, have been forced to eat out for weeks at a time, and have dealt with numerous service calls to diagnose the problem, then more calls to replace parts.

Absolutely atrocious experience.
Delayed order several times which can be expected in Hawaii. The issue was the final confirmation of delivery was not for the entire set. Preparations had to be made for the un-​installation of the current units. No notification was given about a partial delivery, nor did the delivery people know.
At the time of delivery no status was given on the rest of my order and they had taken away the old units without a replacement or new one given. The staff was unhelpful and bounced responsibility off to others. They didn’t even know if they had received the parts. Servco expected the costumer to make the necessary logistic arrangements to figure out the confusion.
Their scrapping was the only efficient thing they do. They scrapped old appliances even though they were notified within 30 minutes of delivery that the costumer was not satisfied and wanted everything returned and exchanged.
Be warned of they poor logistic tracking, un-​friendly customer service and poor business performance.

A couple of weeks ago, Randall helped us choosing Kitchen Appliances. We were really impressed how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He gave us print out and noted vendor recommended prices. He made our shopping so much easier!!!

Stopped in on Friday, «just to see what they have»…WOW! The showroom is huge and they carry so many makes and models of kitchen appliances, sinks, and other kitchen items!
Besides the number of appliances, what impressed me is the patience and service of Randall Iwaishi. He spent a good 3 hours with me going over each appliance and finally giving me information sheets and prices for everything I was considering…
They have lots of appliances that are «live».so that means you can see how they actually work…
It was really nice to be able to go to one place and see so many appliances instead of running all over town to individual dealers… I guess Servco is the distributor for all of these brands… great one stop shopping…
