Located in the food court on the first floor of Topa Tower, this restaurant is one of the better choices. Offering traditional Vietnamese fare, it’s a healthy option for lunch. It’s a family run business with minimal staff, so be prepared to wait if you order anything other than phở. I have to remove one star for being cash-only. The menu is varied: phở, sandwiches, and rice dishes. The vegetables, meats, and tofu are very fresh and delicious. The food bar offers many fresh vegetables and sauces for phở, whether eating there or getting it to go. Lemon water is provided also. The restaurant has its own seating area should you want to be inside, although the lighting is poor. So far the lemongrass tofu is my favorite dish: healthy, delicious, with a citrus lemony zing. Portions are ample for the price. Good place for workday lunches.

My boyfriend and I sometimes come here to get phở during lunch since it is close to work. The bowl of phở is large, and it’s a little over $ 8. I’m not an expert on phở, so I can’t really compare it to that many places. But it is good enough that I keep coming back. We also usually get the egg rolls, which you purchase by the piece. I think they are about $ 1.25 each. I think they taste very good. They also serve pad thai, so I am hoping to try that one day also.

I rarely eat in the Topa Financial building that I work in; however, today I have a deadline and needed to get some food fast without having to walk far for a venue. I’m glad I stopped here and gave it a chance. I ordered BBQ Pork because that is usually difficult to mess up. Aside from waiting a little bit longer than I wanted, I am very happy with everything. The food portion, taste, smell, and service is up to par. I highly recommend giving Saigon Moi Cuisine a try.

They are located inside of Topa Financial Center, which makes it really handy to get to for me. They have a handful of different options, but my favorite is the Phở. I like to keep my diet fairly low carb, which means Phở is pretty much a no-no for me, but these guys are great and make it without the noodles but with tons of delicious veggies for me instead, and it is fantastic.
