If you are looking for good Thai food this is the place. Selena is the owner, very sweet and she cooks all the food. We went on a Sunday evening and it’s slow and not many girls and the ones that were there are so-so looking. The curry is not bad, its no Bangkok Chef on Nuuanu. Papaya Salad was good, very big portion, enough for 3 or 4. Overall a pretty good place.

Went to experience the food and service with the NEWOWNER of Sabai. It was a huge let down from all the positive HYPE listed. The new management there has alot to learn about the food and liquor industry. The food that was brought out was SALTY and cold. I ordered Pad thai and spring rolls and got chow min and Costco frozen spring rolls heated in a micro. That is what it taste like. 3 of us ordered food and was joined by 3 Half naked hostess ladys not bad but I wanted to eat and not talk as much as they did. Every time they refilled my drink and they brough back two one for me and then one for them self, I was being charged for it without my knowledge. I realized at the end of my dinner when the bill came and my credit card was already charged. NOTWORTHIT for food or service with Half naked older Buy me drinkee girls that was to be a bonus? it cost me 60.00 for 3 drinks for the hostess girl plus my dinner and tip which came out to 90.00 for chow min and costco spring rolls and we still stoped by side street inn after because the food just did not fill us up. AVOID this place for now until they get their act together. I was talking to the owner«Pat» and his wife and was told that this is the first time they are running a food and bev type business They never owned a bar or restaurant before so unless you want to be their GUINEAPIG avoid this place. Many other thai food places around with a better experience then Sabai.

This place is phenomenal. AWESOME food, AWESOME atmosphere, karaōke, or sometimes they are just playing random DVDs or videos on 3 – 4 Large TVs. The staff, omg, they are so beautiful, and friendly. «Sabai» means to relax, take a rest, enjoy yourself. And they have captured the pure essence of the word. The AC is always nice and cool. The atmosphere is welcome… After a long stressful day, i stop by here, say a small prayer before i go inside, and then when i enter it just feels like all my troubles and worries are falling off me like water. I HIGHLY recommend this place, Everyone should experience it, EVERYONE needs a little«Sabai» in their life.

Who would have guessed that in the industrial area there is good Thai Cuisine? The reason we haven’t tried it sooner is it’s not open for Lunch so got to be early or late dinner. 4:30pm-2am I’m sure there’s lots of other reasons like Pretty Ladies & Booze but I’m all about the food. Good Stuff. We tried the: Crispy Fried Rice w/Thai Sausage Red Curry Chicken w/Rice(lots of real white meat chicken, extra points) Chicken Sauté’(very nice without those darn skewers that make me crazy) Everything seems to be $ 10– Decent portion and Nice quality for the price. Domestics $ 3– Imports 4– Premiums $ 7–

Never judge a book by its cover. No, Seriously. Sabai Club may look like a just another run down Thai hostess bar, but do not be fooled! Sabai Club doubles as a Thai hostess bar AND a great place to eat! The food is surprisingly good. I highly recommend the Crispy Rice. It is phenomenal. It’s probably one of the most unique and delicious dishes I’ve had at a bar. The eggplant and chicken dish with garlic and basil is also good. I hope to try more of their dishes in the near future. Prices are average. I didn’t notice anything too out of the ordinary in terms of prices… Sabai Club also had karaōke if you’re into that. And, the girls are all very polite and nice, like at the other Thai bars I’ve been to. I am definitely a fan of Sabai Club’s food. I hope to go back real soon to have more of the Crispy Rice! all I remember about this place is: 1. their huge ass flat screen that plays music videos 2. Yogurt Soju served in a fancy crystal glass which btw taste so good which is dangerous because after a few rounds you start to feel it! 3. their korean chicken wings and french fries 4. the nice mamasan that served us

This bar is cool if you’re in the mood for thai food, thai beer, thai girls, thai music, and thai karaōke. The thai girls like to have fun here… even the kitchen mama might come out and sing a few songs and dance.
