These guys are the best. I’ve worked with several print shops around town and once I worked with the pros at Professional image, especially their Queen st. location, I am done shopping around. They have great attitudes, the best price around, and I have been satisfied with every print job I’ve received from them. They have also been very quick with turnaround, which came in clutch for getting materials completed for trade shows in 24 hours! And they delivered! Highly recommended.

Mahalo Professional Image Hawaii on queen street for working with me over the phone and through emails in doing my twins graduation banner on such a short notice. Jacqui was so professional, efficient, and thoroughl in getting this done as quickly as possible. I was expecting the banner to be finished by Friday and it was actually done by Thursday.. their quality of work was exquisite and the price was affordable. Mahalo for all your help!

I have been to several of the Professional Image locations on the island (Alakea, Queen, Kapi‘olani) and, honestly, the service is always outstanding. By far my favorite place is the one on Queen Street. Randy and Mike seem to always be the ones in the front when I walk in and they are courteous, professional and accommodating. Our law office is in Wai‘anae and they are worth the distance. Anytime that I have walked into the shop with a rush job, they have always been able to work around it and have it ready. Sending files to be copied through their website is also super easy and convenient. When we had a huge job to be picked up, they told us to pull up outside and they could bring it out because it was really heavy. Customer service is everything and these guys definitely have an abundance of it. The ONLY downside it that parking is a bugger but I can usually find a place at the post office and run over there. I need the exercise anyway.

I’ve been using their Kapiolani location for a few years now to print programs, newsletters etc. They do a really good job and I find the prices are competitive with other copy stores. I recommend for your digital printing needs.

This review is solely based on my conversations and emails with the company. They are AWESOME! Sean and Randy (?) helped me. Super helpful guys. They answers all my questions and listened to me.
I needed a really big silhouette of hello kitty’s face. I emailed them a copy of just a plain cat face to see if the could make this huge print (I was going to use it as a frame for my photobooth). The face needed help. I just figured they would just make a huge print of the face I emailed and that was it but, Sean fixed it up for me and emailed me back with exactly how I wanted it. He went above and beyond what I expected him to. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use the silhouette. It would have taken too much time for me put it on a board and cut it. Plus I was too worried that it would fall from the ceiling because it was too heavy after attaching if to the heavy board.
I really appreciated the work they put in even though I didn’t use it. If I need any printing service I’d definitely use them!

Came here because of its Unilocal reviews and boy was it a surprise. Walked in and was approached by some lady who was so unprofessional. No welcoming or whatsoever. Ask a few questions and got responded by her sarcasm. She was beyond rude. After giving her a few words, telling her I wanted my USB back, she was willing to help. Bitch please, I’d pay someone else for their services than to deal with your bitch ass attitude. By all means if you hate your job, there are others out there willing to work! Since Unilocal won’t allow negative stars, that explains the 1.

I’ve been using Professional Image for about 6 months to print brochures, business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials. I usually communicate directly with Sean, but everyone is helpful.
For every project I’ve completed with them, Professional Image has offered low prices, thorough customer service, and beautiful products.
More than that, though, they go above and beyond when you need them most. A close friend lost her mother and father this month, and at the last minute, I was asked to create a pamphlet for the funeral service. I called Sean the day before the service to ask for a price quote and time frame. I didn’t even get the finished product to him until 6:20pm, and their office closed at 6:30pm. He called me back a little after 7:00pm to say the pamphlets were done and I could pick them up first thing the following morning. I was stunned!
If you need a printer who cares about your needs and your business, Professional Image is the way to go. They’re helpful, accessible, quick, and they turn out quality products again and again.

My fiancé started his own business. We were a little clueless on how to create a brochure, business cards, stationary, envelopes etc… The crew down here at the Queen Street location was awesome! Wyatt is who we work with whenever we need anything changed or reprinted. He’s SUPER fast to respond and always gets the job done in record time. It’s been a true pleasure to work with Wyatt and Professional Image. We will continue to use these folks for our future needs. The prices are really good and the work quality is incredible. We’ve also used them to create the vinyl lettering for our work truck. They do it all!

I just wanted to also recommend Professional Image — I went to their location on S. King, by UH, and had a great experience.
I needed just a handful of business cards because I was traveling to do some work in Honolulu, but had forgotten mine at home. I was trying to print up a couple of sheets on card stock and then use the paper slicer to make some ad hoc cards.
I had sized my sheet wrong and hadn’t left a margin, but the staff was super helpful, assisting me with my image on their computer for no fee and even helping me use the paper slicer to get the cards all straight. Hands-​down the best service I’ve ever had at a copy shop (and I’ve got one I love in Toronto as well).

Professional Image was highly recommended by Unilocal,so I gave it a shot. Needed some business cards and during my interaction with Susan, she was able to assist with suggestions in updating and adding improved images. I was informed that the completed cards would be delivered close to my deadline and I wasn’t certain that I would receive it in time. Professional Image and Susan and her staff pulled through. Thanks for the great work!!!

I worked with Susan in the downtown office and Keith at the University branch. Everything happened exactly as it should, everything was checked along the way, there were no «oops,» and the final product was great. RECOMMENDED!

Marie did a greta job setting up the type and logo. The business cards came out in super quality and very professional. They worked with out deadline and did the entire job in just a few hours. The entire staff was nice and Macolm did a great job of printing. We will use them again for our business. Great Job !

Went there this morning to have some wedding invitations and RSVP cards made for a friend.
My wife designed the card at home and brought the image as a pdf on a flash drive. We took it in and dropped it off. The guy assisting us loaded the image and did a test for us. It came out looking awesome. All we needed was 50 invitations and 25 RSVP cards (2 per card) and he quoted us 24 hours before it would be ready.
We went home, did some errands and some other things and before it hit 5pm, he called to say they were done. That was QUICK!
The whole process was super easy and they were very professional!

This place was recommended to me by another printed place due to they have large printers. I needed my wedding tree poster by the Jan 14 and it was already the 12^th so I was a little scared when I called them. The guy there told me to email them the file and if they get it by the morning they will call me when its ready by the afternoon. So I email them the file, no response. They came recommended and they have good reviews on Unilocal so I put my good faith in them that I will get a call by the next afternoon. After my morning yoga class on the 13^th I was super happy and surpised to have gotten and email @ 830 the next morning letting me know my poster is done and ready to be picked up. I kind of knew where the place was due to I have passed it many a time on the bus as a teenager. The parking was alittle confusing and $ 3 per half our but there was no place else so I just parked. The guy who helped me was really nice and my poster came out beautiful! I was so happy, I told the guy you saved my wedding!!! As I was paying he gave me a little history on their business and if I needed any more prints of anything I can just email them the information. They have a poster on their wall that they can print invitations, posters, banners. So when I need to print my thank you cards I will be sure to have them printed here!!! FYI… they do prefer PDF files, thats what they use and would like to make your print exactly as you want it.

Fast, friendly, and they do great work! And Marissa is awesome! I could not ask for more from a business. The sign I ordered from them came out beautiful, I also got a 2 for 1 deal because they print two in case the original does not come out correct. And they even delivered to our location for free! Honestly, I would not do business with any other printing company. Thanks ProImage, we will definitely be doing more business with you in the future!

This is the best best best place for printing. I was trying to find a place to do all the printing for my wedding (invitations, rsvp cards, menus, candy bar tags, favor tags, table numbers and table tents). I shopped around only to have most places tell me they couldn’t print on specialty paper. I went to professional image after someone recommended them. Everything came out absolutely perfect! There wasn’t even a single flaw. They formatted everything for me, printed out a sample, then cut everything for me for a small fee. It was so worth every penny. There is no other print shop like this place. Everyone who works there is so professional, patient and knows their stuff. I would recommended them to anyone. Don’t even waste your time going to any other print shop. By the way, there were a few things that I needed asap and they worked really hard to get it to me.

Speedy and friendly service with great prices. I came here to bind a lot of papers together on three different occations. On all of them, they have done it while I waited. Can you say that about Kinko’s?

I have quite a story of how I finally ended up here. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed to get a 400-​page printout bound ASAP, but I get off work at 4:30 and it takes 30+ minutes to get anywhere due to this great Honolulu traffic. On my drive home, I called a whole bunch of places like Copy Hut, UPS, Kinko’s, and other places I found on Unilocal and asked them if they could bind my book and how much it would cost. If they weren’t too expensive, they either couldn’t do a single order (they only bound books in bulk) or they were about to close in like 5 minutes and wouldn’t be able to do my job that day since they usually do it between other jobs (I’d have to come back after the weekend to pick it up since some are only open M-F)…I finally ended up at home, called a few more places, and finally decided, «I’m just going to go downstairs to that copy shop across the street and see if they’re open.»
It was already past 5 pm when I walked in, and to my surprise they were actually still open! Hallelujah! And their prices were very competitive and cheaper than most other places I’d called… and on top of that, they would be able to do it right away while I waited! I only had to wait some 5 minutes, which is way better than waiting a whole weekend when I needed it ASAP.
Service was friendly and professional as well. I can’t believe I’ve been living across the street from this place for a month already and have never utilized their services. I was so pleased with them that I immediately called my friend who needed a 600-​page book bound as well and told him to come down right then, and now he’s been there twice too! Thank you, Professional Image! And I love that ginormous yellow happy face in the window. ;)

I was referred to this location — specifically to Wyatt, the assistant manager from the owner of Creations By You to get my wedding invites printed. After a horrible experience at Copy Hut, i listened to Debbie and came here to print out my RSVP’s. Wyatt was very nice and even printed out a proof for us in 30 seconds! I picked it up after Thanksgiving and it came out perfect. I will be going back to them to get my maps printed out and anything else that i need. THANK YOU WYATT FOR A STRESS-​FREE print job!
Please know that there isn’t much parking in downtown, but i easily parked at the post office off Richard’s street which is right across from Iolani Palace, put in 25 cents for 10 minutes and was back to my car in no time. Their location is directly BEHIND the post office at the intersection. SUPER easy to find!
