Two of us, well dressed, we’re walking by and I sat down on the steps(there were rails on the barrier by the plants) to check the guidebook for places to eat. It was only a couple of minutes, but the security guard said we couldn’t sit down. To be fair he sounded embarrassed to have to ask us to leave, but this is absolutely unfriendly and damaging to tourism. I can afford Prada but given this I don’t think I’m likely to step foot into a Prada store again. The Waikiki tourist authority shouldn’t stand for this.

I’ve bought from this location two years and a row and had great customer service from the moment I walked in both times. Last night I went in to be disappointed that the gentleman working couldn’t even greet me(for the record he wasn’t helping anyone either). I’m glad nothing caught my eye, because I would of come back since I refuse to give people with bad customer service a commission.
