Pink Shutter Photo Booths

Everyone we’ve spoken to has been extremely helpful specifically our Sales rep. They got us in touch with their designer so we can put our monogram on the photos, and always answered our questions promptly. Looking forward to celebrating my wedding with this vendor!

I’m in the process of planning my mom’s 70^th birthday party (good thing she doesn’t have a computer or know how to navigate the internet or else I’d be in big trouble. It’s the Japanese mom thing) and thought that a photo booth would be the perfect way to help celebrate the big… er, um.milestone.
I jumped on Unilocal and found Pink Shutter. Of course there are other photo booth companies but Pink Shutter stuck out the most because of it’s 5 star rating across the board. Plus the reviews were great and every review emphasized customer service. I’m a HUGE stickler for customer service but before making my final decision I did some research and found Pink Shutter not only emphasized customer service but was all about the customer having a great experience. I sent them a message through Unilocal asking if the date was available and heard back from them within 24 hours. I honestly didn’t think I’d hear back so soon as I’ve sent messages to other businesses through Unilocal numerous times and didn’t hear back as quickly or sometimes not at all. I was very pleasantly surprised.
I called the number they provided and spoke to Kenji. I must give props to Kenji, not only was he professional, he was very friendly and helpful as well. He explained different package options to me and even took the time to explain what each package entailed. I was on the phone with him for quite some time and he was friendly the whole time. I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush me or push a higher package on me. They really work within your budget. After deciding what I wanted, he told me I could book online and he’d walk me through the process. As we were booking the event, I remember seeing a $ 125 coupon for $ 95 on Unilocal.I mentioned this to him but he told me he had a different coupon I could use exclusively for Hawaii that would make it cheaper. So folks when you book, make sure to ask for any Hawaii specials. Kenji also told me the attendants would come professionally dressed and I jokingly asked if they could come dressed in their grooviest 70s outfit since that’s the theme and he said they would! They really mean it when they say it’s about the customer’s overall experience!
The check out process was easy breezy. Fast forward 36 hours later. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel. I booked the date (for late November) late Friday afternoon and being that it was Sunday with Monday being a holiday, I was fearful I wouldn’t be able to cancel if I waited another hour let alone another minute. I hurriedly sent an e-​mail to Pink Shutter explaining my situation. First thing Tuesday morning, I received a phone call from Lance, I believe he is the manager. I explained my situation to him and he was very understanding. He is in the process of working with me on getting a full refund. I have to say that when Pink Shutter says they are all about customer service, they really mean what they say. I experienced it from my very first interaction with them. They do aim to please and for them it’s all about customer service. As most of you know from my reviews, customer service is one of my top priorities that I always look for in any business. Pink Shutter delivers on that level in so many ways.
Lance doesn’t know this, but I’m going through a very difficult & stressful time right now, his kind gesture of going beyond and helping me with my refund really struck a chord with me. I couldn’t possibly convey just how much that means. It might seems like a small gesture but the fact that this company isn’t about making money but is more about satisfying their clients speaks volumes to me. Lance even told me that he would check back with me within the week. Thank you Lance for assisting me! If I have the opportunity to use a photo booth in the future, you can bet I’ll be calling Pink Shutter!

This is by far an amazing business. The hostess Jennifer was incredibly kind and made sure we got family pictures and that all our guests were well taken care of. The props were excellent and the photo speed and quality top notch. This was definitely a highlight of our party. Took awhile for guests to get started but once they did, they had an awesome time.

Hands down the best photo booth! My wife and I went thru PinkShutter for our wedding in Hawaii, and we couldn’t be any happier with the choice we’ve made.
Our photo booth attendant (Jennifer) was very fun and encouraging to guests, and her setup/​cleanup was seamless. The coordinator (Jonas) and Lance (staff member) was great setting up what we really wanted. We had very specific instructions, and they were very accommodating to our needs (thanks for the extra Disney and Hawaiian props!). The graphics designer (Heather) was really talented and quickly made our customized template very personable to our taste. Thanks to all of you!
Definitely book thru them, you will not regret it!

I love photo booths! So I had to get one for my daughters bday and Pink Shutter was soooo reasonable! They were on time! Setup was fast and the kids… the KIDS loved it! The props were on point and the booth was so simple that the kids were working it themselves and having a blast! It was such a hit and to get the flash drive after and look through the pictures was the best part! I’ll upload some pictures because these were the best pictures I’ve ever seen!

This was a really great idea for my daughters first birthday. The hall was small, however the booth did not take up a lot of space at all. It was perfect! I highly recomend them for parties especially ones with kids!

These guys were awesome! They brought the party to the party. I had an event coming up and I wanted to make it a little more special and I’ve been seeing a lot of events that do photobooth. People always have fun with these things and everyone is posting it on their Instagram too. I found these guys and they were actually cheaper than the other companies I searched. These guys don’t just set up and sit down, they actually interact with the guests, take photos, make it enjoyable. Eventually everyone of all ages took photos since they made it so much fun!

i had a different photo booth company a couple of years ago for my daughters graduation, so when my son graduated this year the family thought it would be great to have one again. I’m so glad i went with pink shutter! the other company i had before was «ok» but after dealing with pink shutter i realized that you can have so much more for the price you pay (which by the way was cheaper then the first company). they where professional from the start of the process to the leaving of the party. they where well prepared and very punctual. they even went above and beyond when their time was up, they actually stayed open a little longer because they didn’t want to disappoint the people that was still in line (even though most of them it was their 3^rd or 4^th time through hahah) and when i insisted on paying extra they gave me a hard time with taking the money. i had to threaten them with a bad review if they didn’t take what was owed to them, you won’t find that to often. so i guess what I’m trying to say is, if there is any reason you should need a photo booth seriously give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. i wasn’t.

First of all let me say with all that was said and done, first birthday parties in Hawaii are way over the top and expensive. So of course I was stressed out about planning a party for 200 guests. There were so many things to plan and get done.
I only had one month to plan everything. It was definitely crunch time. I needed some form of entertainment for my quests that I knew they’d enjoy. I mean, who doesn’t like selfies! Plus they would have a souvenir to take home. So low and behold Tommy (the bald headed guy =-)) and the pink shutter crew came to my rescue.
