I usually pass by this playground as it’s located right next to the Paki Community Park while walking through Kapiolani Park. It is a fun place for children to play on the playground equipment. There is ample amount of free street parking available but because it’s a neighborhood playground/​park, most residents just walk over to here.
The playground equipment is relatively new and quite well-​maintained. There is a community center, which holds Summer Fun activities, on this same property. Parents should be aware that there are some homeless who hangout at the community center and some weirdos near the playground. When Summer Fun activities are held, the counselors do make every attempt to keep their guard up and to get the surrounding areas cleared for the safety of the children.
Oh, the park and playground is open from 5 AM to Midnight, daily.
