I got a groupon for this place and the receptionist Judy, is very brusque and not easy to deal with :(She is a bit righteous and dogmatic – meaning not very customer service oriented. Any time I would call or talk with her (there were a few phone calls in trying to set up an appointment, as well as manage the current one due to their scheduling and availability of the massage therapists) she would rush me off the phone – in the first 20 seconds – not joking.
They didn’t tell me about the tax I would have to pay, so okay… that’s fine, minor annoyance. They didn’t tell me about the parking I’d have to pay as well. Now I’m irritated.
I asked Judy about this, and it was like the conversation of who is on first. She says, I’d have to pay more downstairs if they didn’t validate. Ok, not my question, but you do validate, yes only for some of it. How much? I can’t remember now, but it’s 30 min or MAYBE an hour. I got there 20 min before my hour massage. I said politely, but firmly I would have parked on the street had I known, and she said, you should’ve asked! First, wow. really? I have to ask? You aren’t going to tell your patrons about your parking? Ok, fine. The onus is on me – which I don’t think is good customer service, but alright, except I did call to ask. Because I am that kind of patron who is prompt, on time, and mindful of parking issues, etc. So I had called to ask when I first arrived, so I tell her this, and that the phone just rang and went to their v/​m, so I left a message 15min ago. She says, well it’s just me honey. !!! and so??? I respond with I get that, but how am I to know about parking unless I ask, since you’re not telling me or answering the phone because it’s just you (which she was just talking story when I walked in the office after parking), and the guy downstairs at the booth said that you validate. She said, they don’t know what we do or don’t do. He shouldn’t have told you that. What??? Why shouldn’t he? do they not validate? She says, Yes, but partially. That’s not the same as validating. She says something about i could pay downstairs but it’s the full amount – which why would I do that? and I’m still in shock at her attitude and I’m not responding with much… and I repeat, I would have made other parking choices since I had time, if I had known. She says, well we’re moving forward from here”. SERIOUSLY? She didn’t care one bit that she didn’t tell me about parking in ANY of the phone calls – me to her, her to me (about 4 of them), didn’t answer the phone when I called ahead, didn’t mention it when I arrived in the office about where I parked or validation – even when I ASKED HER BEFORE my massage about the validation, and didn’t care when we finally had the discussion. And when she asked how I was going to pay for it. I said credit card, she said, they don’t take credit card downstairs either. So I should be glad to pay for it upstairs with the «validation»??? She was killing me.
KIRT the masseuse was AWESOME! but, the whole experience from the first phone call to the moment i left, was not favorable. with so many choices out there for massage therapists and businesses, customer service makes the difference. and in this case, the difference to not come back or recommend (as i was going to – to my bf for a massage later that weekend) to friends.
SOOOO disappointed in this place. Even the building and the condition of the office. Shabby. All the way around.

Last fall my Father fell from a ladder and injured his lower back. He went to see Dr. Oda for a consultation and was advised that he would be able to get his back better with 12 laser treatments, «I guarantee I ‘ll make it better» is what Dr. Oda said. My Dad being so trusting and desperate for help, went ahead and paid the $ 3000.00 upfront that was required prior to treatment. Needless to say, 12+ treatments later, NO change, not one bit, he is still in a lot of pain, wasted his time and a lot of money for the guaranteed help that never happened. I really feel as though my Father was taken advantage of, being older and desperate for help. PLEASE think twice before paying a lot of money for treatment that may not help. Do your research first.
I am very disappointed with Dr. Oda and his practice, but mostly for my Father that still is in search for relief.

Excellent massage by SKY. Excellent service by Dr. ODA for seeing me on such short notice. Sky gave me a massage that melted all my knots away. Dr. Oda accepted my insurance and Sky was a great hospitable and customer service oriented lady. Her massage was very effective and wonderful. 4.7 Stars!!!

I started coming here after a neck injury that gave me 3 herniated discs. Dr. Ares Oda has been treating me for about over a year now whenever my stupid neck gives me problems.
I’ve been to many chiropractors, but at this one, they take the time to make sure they adjusted you right. One session is about 30 – 45 minutes. I’ve been to other places that just adjust you for 5 – 10 minutes and send you on your way.
Everyone is friendly here, including the front desk (Sonja). Insurance is accepted here as well.
There is a parking lot in the back of the building but it is not planned out right and it’s hard to get out of, plus, they only validate for so long so you still have to pay. It is often crowded. I opt for street metered parking, which I can always find.
Don’t park in the private parking lot next to the building. The first time I came I was confused because it kind of merges with the building’s validated parking, and I had to pay $ 6.00 for an hour!

Dr. Oda completely took my husband’s bone spur pain out of his neck with his awesome laser. He also took the pain out of my mother’s feet with breaking up the scar tissue with the laser. The staff there are kind and caring. Dr. Oda is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. He has a special talent that you would have to only have one appointment to see it.

I’ve seen chiropractors in several cities in the mainland, and this chiropractor, Dr. Paris Oda, is as good as it gets. For anyone who has those charmingly annoying pains in the back and neck (chronic or acute injuries), he really takes time to work with you and address each area. The office is very friendly (to all ages, and to small children, too) and definitely worth trying. The best.
