NetLending

This was my first experience refinancing anything! Is it a long process? You bet. Is it a confusing process? It sure is! But, and this is a true blue testimonial, thanks to Yobi, Andrew and the whole Netlending team this experience was smooth, simple and fantastic. The Netlending team got back to me immediately with any question I may have had. We are on the mainland, but the time difference didn’t matter, they were always there for us. As a Real Estate transaction manager, I work w/​dozens of lenders at any given time. Yobi Song completed my personal loan and has far exceeded my expectations.
From the application process to the closing — he made me feel like the only client he had. If there was something I needed to deliver to him, he explained it carefully. If I missed an item, he politely sent reminders. He did everything HE could to communicate the process each step of the way.
There was a point near the end of the escrow, that I made a huge 1^st time buyer mistake & he found a way to calm me down and never once made me feel dumb for doing it — He simply called me back and he worked WITH me to fix it.
Besides his vast knowledge and the companies ability to find me the lowest rate, Yobi has customer service skills (that I feel) is hard to teach/​train.
I’m now the proud owner of my 1^st home (which closed ON TIME) thanks to Yobi and NetLending.
