Business Owner
Nancy Miranda prides herself on consistently achieving the highest prices for her sellers and persistently negotiates the most favorable terms for her buyers.
She has been a sales person most of her life. As a child being a native Spanish and English speaker, she constantly outsold classmates during fund-raisers and made up personal rewarding ventures. Before starting her Realtor career, for ten years she was a top outside account executive with The Washington Post.
In this real estate market not many can afford an agent that works on «Hawaii time» (depending on price point). If you have urgency Nancy works on express mode; If your not rushing, she moves with your tempo. She looks out daily for deals on condos, coops, houses, land, commercial space for sale and rentals.
Nancy attributes her success to weighing each contract as if it were for herself. Her loyalty and faithfulness to her clients is fierce; most people who work with her become her clients for life.
