Hana is the best ! I have been coming to Hana for over 10 + years in different locations in Chinatown. .
She is very professional and meticulous… plus very cute and nice. always looks her best.
A few times she was out of town and I tried some others. … I was so disappointed. Because I am used to such a high standard. .
I am an RN at Queens… I put my trust in Hana with my footcare… thank you.
Do yourself a favor and go see Hana ;)

Who would have known?
A cute little nail salon located on the skirts of Chinatown is Nail Designs by Hana. Hana has been at the Smith Street location for a few years and while parking is a problem, if you are a townie, you could walk to her shop. If you’re not a townie, you could take the bus OR, you can park in the municpal lot with entrance on Nuuanu and Beretania Streets.
It’s hard to keep up with the nail salons in town as the stylists are constantly on the move making it difficult to be loyal to any one «shop» if you plan to follow the «stylist:» While I have my select few stylists in the city that I go to, I will admit finding Hana at Nail Designs by Hana was a true gem of a find.
Moderately priced, great service at a clean and net shop! What more could I have asked for? The ribbon on the box is Hana is a great gal with a great sense of humor.
PS– the power of Unilocal?I would never NEVER have gone here even if I pass this place several times per week if not for Judy C who checked in the other day and that caught my attention. Thank you Judy C

She is very friendly, sweet, & very experienced nail technician.

I’m so happy I found the perfect nail salon, for me!
I’ve been here many times but didn’t have a chance to write review until today.
I get my mani/​pedi on special occasions.

Every visit, Hana knows my nail color, it is automatic green.
The shop is located on Smith St., shop will be on your left.
You will miss it, drive slowly after you see the theater.
Very limited parking, only one reserved stall.
There are lots of street parking on Smith St.
If you are lucky, there is 2 meter stall right in front of shop.
The shop is very neat, very clean, & a very nice décor.
I enjoy seeing the green & orange at her shop.
I really enjoy all my mani/​pedi visit
(the foot massage is a bonus)
& I really enjoy looking at my nails after all my visits.
It makes me even more happy! (Lucky to enjoy moments like this)
I love the green and love her pretty nail designs.
She is very creative!
Appointments are recommended.
& there is no problem when I schedule my visits
