Na Pua Jewelers II

I am visiting from California. I found this store this morning and was welcomed when I entered. It went downhill from there. The sales staff was rude and obviously didn’t care that I was there. I was not dressed for a day at work, I was wearing shorts, a tank top and flip flops. I think the staff thought I could not afford the merchandise. That is so far from the truth. There was a man working behind the counter that I think was the owner or manager. He could not have been more condescending or indifferent. The woman working the other counter seemed to take her cues from him and gave me little attention either. I cannot remember ever being treated with such indifference or rudeness in a retail store. I will never visit this store again.

A friend and I stumbled upon this place just recently. It is one of the certified distributors of Pandora Charm Bracelets in Waikiki off of Kalakaua, next to the International Market Place.
The establishment had our attention by their eclectic front window display of Pandora necklaces. I’ve been wanting a Pandora bracelet for a long time; but not have done my full research until coming here. We walked in and was amazed at how well displayed all their products were but became a bit overwhelming by everything. A lady by the name of Doreen approached us and kindly asked if we needed help. Doreen was kind enough to start us off by educating us on the bracelet that I was looking for. We must have been educated by her expertise for about almost an hour. We walked out with our purchased products confidently and are excited to come back and see her again for our future purchases. Doreen was very attentive and well equipped with information. I almost felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. I would highly recommend coming here for your Pandora and other jewelry needs.
