History

Established in 2012.

Munro was raised in an entrepreneurial environment and had the opportunity to see the long-​term financial rewards that can come from making sound real estate investments over time.

From a young age the seed was planted in his mind that investing in real estate can be a great way to accumulate wealth. His immediate family started with small investments and eventually ended up owning multiple investment properties in Hawaii, California, Montana, Nevada and Utah.

Prior to launching his Hawaii real estate career, Munro invested in residential real estate and traveled throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. He worked on a variety of projects related to real estate, software sales, project management and marketing.

Munro is a high-​energy tech-​savvy real-​estate professional who is committed to continuous learning and growth. He is passionate about listening to his clients so that he can help them achieve their goals and create their ideal lifestyle.

Business Owner

Munro Murdock is a Realtor-​Associate and General Manager of Vacation Rentals with Elite Pacific Properties on Oahu. He moved to the north shore of Oahu as a child and fell in love with the island living lifestyle. Though his family eventually moved back to California, Munro felt like the great Aloha State kept calling him back.

He moved to Maui as a teenager where he experienced his first real job as a pineapple harvester for Maui Pineapple Company. Munro returned to Oahu from the mainland to complete a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and also earned an MBA.

Munro’s hobbies and interests include: traveling, photography, technology, running, cycling, SCUBA diving and family time. He resides in the Ko Olina Resort on the southwestern shores of Oahu.
