Be cautious or just look for another company…
This company/​Mike was employed by the property manager of a condo I rented — and let’s just say… unreliable, poor integrity, poor service — go find someone else.
I’ve asked to have our yard serviced (which he should’ve have been doing monthly — since he bills the prop. mgr. monthly) for straight 3 months the guy doesn’t show up! Then, I had to call him to service the yard — he gave full of excuses (and lies) and tried to convice that he has been doing the service, but the grass grows faster during spring/​summer time… really!!! I live there — I KNOW when the grass has been cut and yard cleaned! (0_​_​o) hello!!!
