Michael came out to our home on Friday, gave us a free estimate to finish installing our new door on our home for Monday. We slept in the living room all weekend depending on Michael coming in on Monday to fix it. Monday morning he calls and says he has changed his mind and doesn’t want to do the job anymore. So now we’re stuck with no door on our home until we can find and schedule someone else. Thanks a lot, Michael. That’s real cool. Real cool. Very rude on the phone also, hung up on me. Lots of class.
