Michael has been a great Realtor for me and my husband. He’s conducted three transactions for us so far — two purchases and one sale. Most recently, Mike was instrumental in successfully conducting a simultaneous closing for the sale of our old condo and purchase of our new house. It was a tricky deal — the property we purchased wasn’t even on the market yet, and we managed to work out a mutually beneficial deal with the seller of the house to ensure that we wouldn’t lose out while we proceeded to sell our condo. Our condo sold so fast — we received six offers in less than a week, two at asking price and one over. We were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Mike for any transaction. I have worked with him many times, buying and selling and hands down he is the best. He cares about finding YOU the right property not just the sale. He was very professional and helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I just sold a property and he got me the highest sale price in that stack ever. How did he do that you ask? His knowledge of the current market and had a professional photographer take the pics (they looked awesome) staged the place and within a week got the offer. Michael was our realtor when we recently purchased our Condo in Waikiki. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell or purchase Real Estate in Honolulu. We live out of state and purchased the condo as an investment property. We initially contacted Michael from Dallas as he was highly recommended to us. From the get go, Michael was informative, accommodating, professional, courteous and provided service that went above and beyond what we have experienced with other agents in the past. When we planned our trip to Honolulu to view properties, Michael cleared his schedule for us, gave us specific dates and times for the showings and was prompt and on time for all appointments. He came and picked us up at our hotel every day, had all info on all properties ready for us to view and explained each property thoroughly. We appreciated this. After MIchael negotiated a great deal for us and made the offer on our property, we returned to Dallas, Michael’s service didn’t stop there. Anytime we had to contact him, he answered his phone. Anytime we sent him an email, it was returned promptly with the response or answers we needed. We were not handed off so some assistant that had no clue on our property or the details of our purchase. From beginning to the close of Escrow, Michael’s service did not stop there. Because we lived out of state, Michael offered and helped us with finding a property manager, helped us with repairs and maintenance in our condo, met with the superintendent of the condo for us, and initially, helped us find a renter. Again, all of this was offered by Michael which we thought was fantastic. This is how you make a positive impact on your clients and have them return to you and provide future referrals. We have dealt with real estate agents in purchasing and selling properties in CA, HI, TX and MA.
