This review is based on my whole experience at this building. When I first arrived at the building I had a tough time finding scooter parking and the entrances to the office part of the building, its shares with residential. Upon entering the office it seemed clean enough and pretty well set up. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and not sure if it’s normal but it was very open, no privacy, you get adjusted in front of everyone. Now, the Chiropractor himself deserves 5 stars, his service, attitude, and knowledge was on point. I felt better afterwards and was even going to make this a regular thing. Now for where the 4 instead of 5 stars comes in to play. In arriving I spoke with the receptionist and was unable to clarify where I could park my scooter, so I found what seemed to be a good little nook where no signs were posted that I couldn’t park. They towed me and the security was extremely rude about it. It cost me $ 200 to get my scooter back and the Dr. office wasn’t any help. So in the end, great chiropractic work but I will find a building that lets me park there without towing me. Really frustrating experience.

My first chiropractor ever and I will be back. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend it!

I’m so disappointed. My back/​neck is messed up and I really was looking forward to seeing Dr. Lee for a chiropractic appointment. I bought a Groupon on January 29 for $ 70. It is supposed to include one chiropractic consultation with exam, X-​rays, and three follow up adjustments. I called to make my appointment right after I purchased my Groupon. The receptionist was very kind and said that she would have to call me back. She took down my information and availability. I didn’t hear back from her after 2 weeks so I called again and left a voicemail. Their office hours are very limited. Maybe this doctor didn’t realize that over 530 people would buy a Groupon from him (number according to Groupon website). Anyway, it’s been 1 month to be exact. I’m still in pain and I’ve never gotten a call back to set up an appointment. I contacted Groupon and they offered to call the business and speak to them about the situation. I appreciated their help but I just would much rather get a refund. Which Groupon did for me about 5 minutes ago. I really hate writing negative reviews. But it’s a really unfair situation. I wish I was able to see this doctor but waiting over one month for a return call is really too long. I will take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Lee for five months now. We initially found a great Groupon deal for him. Both my husband and I were in constant pain for 2 – 3 months prior to seeing Dr. Lee. Why we waited so long… I don’t know. We’ve been to a few chiropractors prior to Dr. Lee but after one or two adjustments, we were told we should be fine or come back as needed. So the adjustments were always a quick fix/​temporary relief until the next time we had unbearable pain.
On the initial visit we had X-​rays, which I thought was cool because no other chiropractor we went to took X-​rays. Before our first adjustment Dr. Lee went over our X-​rays and was very informative and and thorough in explaining what was going on.
Let me add, before I had kids I had an office job for eight years, so I had this constant aching pain in my shoulder blade that would often lead to tension headaches. And post kids that constant ache became more frequent and painful. Well come to find out I had borderline arthritis in my neck along with a misaligned lower back. After a couple of months I felt great. Who would’ve thought chiropractic adjustments could get rid of years of pain and headaches? Not me, but I’m thankful that I no longer suffer from that irritating ache.
They also have a kids room with learning toys and books. That is a major plus for us because we don’t have to worry about finding a sitter for our two toddlers.
Another great thing is Dr. Lee’s schedule. He has time blocks for adjustments, so you swipe your card when you come in and your taken in the order you arrive.
Also, the receptionist is Joanne, Dr. Lee’s wife and she is so sweet and friendly. Always accommodating when we call in to reschedule our appointments. She even held a patients child so they can get their adjustment… very cool.
All in all, Dr Lee is very personable and friendly. A family friendly place. I’m so glad that we found this place. I would definitely recommend if you’re having any kind of aches or pains. Thank you Dr. Lee and Joanne!

Unfortunately, this is a review of the receptionist that works at Dr. Brad Lee’s office, not his actual services.
I called this morning to make a first time appointment with Dr. Brad Lee because I had bought a Groupon for my boyfriend. after letting the receptionist Joanne know, she told me she’d call me back in a few minutes without asking if it was okay. I gave her my number and she called back about 10 minutes later. I told her I’d like an appointment for March 7^th since my boyfriend and I have another doctors appointment that day together (obstetrician) and he works Monday-​Friday it would works best for our busy schedule. We agreed on a time and set the appointment. I gave her my boyfriend’s name for the appointment and she made me spell his name out 4 times. his last name is an easy Japanese name. She finally got it and said she couldn’t hear due to my soft speaking and their radio being lousd. I thought it was rude of her to say I was speaking softly since I was practically yelling in the phone and speaking as clearly as I could for her. She went on to say that because I was making an appointment for my boyfriend he wouldn’t be calling the day before to cancel right. I was taken a little off guard said uh… no? she continued on to say how others were waiting for these appointments and I had to let my boyfriend know of his appointment or he’d call last minute to cancel and how it’s happened many times before that a girlfriend has called for an appointment and the boyfriend calls to cancel it the day before. Okay, so I’m finally offended and I tell her that I’m a new customer, not an existing customer who has once before cancelled an appointment. Without apologizing she says she has to make sure I tell him because it’s happened before and she needs him to call back to confirm. First of all, your office is only opened 3 days a week during working hours of most people. My boyfriend is really busy at work, thus me making the appointment in the first place. Now I need to call him at work to tell him to call you to confirm? isn’t that your job a few days before the appointment to call and confirm? I wouldn’t cancel the Monday appointment the day before as you are not even open on Sundays. And I don’t know how many girlfriends call for appointments and their boyfriends cancel the day before but there are more polite ways of asking people to make sure the appointment works for them rather than the way she said it! Because of her I will never step foot in Dr. Brad’s office. There are plenty of good chiropractors on this island that have receptionists with actual competency in customer service.

Injured my back on vacation. They went out of their way to make time for me in their busy schedule. Office was clean and peaceful. Staff was friendly and expedited the check-​in process. Dr Lee not only provided an excellent adjustment, he also shared some very useful tips to keep me healthier in the future. Exceptional chiropractor for locals and visitors alike.

I came to see Dr. Lee because I recently had a stiff neck (I couldn’t turn my head and the pain kept me up all night). So what I did was I went on Groupon to see if they have any deals for chiropractic care because I know they always have those. I found Dr. Lee and realized that this was also my co-​workers chiropractor so I went ahead and bought it.
Getting to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lee was easy and the receptionist is really nice (Joanne or Dianne? Sorry!). When I went for my appointment she already knew who I was because I guess she was already expecting me. She was very knowledgable and gave me a lot of information about my spine and the central nerve system. It definitely gave me a lot of insight to why I might be having problems with my neck.
Dr. Lee finally came to see me and got my X-​rays. The next day I saw my results, turned out my neck was mis-​aligned and have a lot of pinched nerves and I really need to have readjustments done by Dr. Lee to help me get better. It’s no wonder why I got the stiff neck! I’ve been to other chiropractors and none of them have given me this type of care! After Dr. Lee gave me my first adjustment, he called and asked how I was feeling! He definitely went above and beyond to take good care of me! Can’t wait to get more adjustments from him!

When I was having sciatic pain, Dr. Lee adjusted me and I felt great relief. He is very professional and has a passion for chiropractic care. With his great sense of humor, Dr. Lee puts you at ease when getting adjustments.
Dr. Lee has educated me in subluxation and helped me to maintain an aligned spine. He will take the time to listen to you and help you to understand your specific needs.
If you are looking for a chiropractor who is skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I would recommend Dr. Lee!

I have been going to Dr. Lee for almost 2 yrs and can feel the difference from the first time I started seeing him! My posture has improved and learned techniques to build upon each adjustment session. He is very personable and helpful when a problem should arise.

Several years ago, I developed a numbness in my left hand. Not enough to cause me any concern; definitely not enough to get me to see a doctor about it. Over time, the numbness worsened, still not enough to cause me to get it looked at. Then Dr. Lee told me the numbness was caused by nerve blockage.
After an initial consultation, x-​rays revealed that I had subluxation causing the numbness. After a few visits, the numbness was gone. Since then, I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee regularly. And since starting regular visits, I haven’t been sick a single day and I have more energy.
I’ve been to other Chiropractors and can tell you Dr. Lee is in a class by himself. He’s personable and makes you feel comfortable. If you care about your health, check him out.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lee since 2008. When I first started chiropractic, I had a shooting pain down my right arm. A nerve was pinched, and Dr. Lee adjusted me. After a few adjustments, no more pain or numbness, all is good now! I’m continuing a maintenance program with him today, as weekly adjustments keeps me going strong. I play volleyball 3 times a week with no ill effects. If you are experiencing headaches, pain in the limbs, or back, see Dr. Lee! You will feel much better!
