Specialties
We specialized in DUI case. A DUI is issued based on two factors: the police must determine if you’re indeed intoxicated, and then they must determine how intoxicated you are. Often, an officer will simply conduct a field sobriety test to determine intoxication. These tests can include blowing into a breathalyzer to estimate your blood alcohol content (BAC), saying the alphabet backwards, or walking in a straight line. All of these tests serve to determine whether you were intoxicated while driving. You can refuse such tests; however, this often results in an automatic suspension of your driver’s license. It’s important to record every piece of information you remember about being pulled over by the police – this information may be invaluable when it comes to getting to the bottom of the facts when you initiate your defense. With the Law Offices of Noah D. Fiddler, you will know your rights and you will know what to expect at every stage of your defense.
