I don’t often pamper myself at the salon, but sometimes it’s almost necessary. Due to the fact that my eyelashes are almost nonexistent… I’ve been investing in getting my eyelashes done. Oh boy, let me tell you what a difference it makes. Ronnie does such a awesome job making my eyelashes look thick, long, and natural. Her services are located across from Kahala mall and is a part of Helen’s Haven. The facility looks very professional and the room that she does eyelashes in is comfortable.
I first met Ronnie at an eyelash convention for Xtreme lashes. I was getting my eyelashes done by my friend’s mom from Kauai and she introduced me to Ronnie so I could get retouched from her. Retouches start at $ 40 and ranges by how much work your eyelashes need.
Ronnie is so sweet and she is very easy to talk to. She’s really attentive at making sure that the customer is taken care of. She gives you a cushion for under your legs to make sure you’re comfortable while lying down, offers you water, and even gives you a blanket to get cozy under. I recommend wearing comfortable/​semi warm clothes because the room does get a little chilly with the AC and you will be laying down for a while. Luckily for me, I fell asleep while Ronnie was doing my lashes so it felt so fast.
She’s really good at what she does and does it with a passion. Passion is everything’s and can make all the difference if whether something works or not. Every time I do my lashes with Ronnie, I always leave satisfied :) trust me you won’t be disappointed!

I always wanted to try lash extensions because lots of my friends have it and love theirs. I was always weary, because I rub my eyes a lot. I took a chance anyways. When I went to see Ronnie she was so kind. Her work place was very clean and inviting. Ronnie was very professional from beginning to end. We did a consultation, and she asked what kind of look I wanted. I told her I wanted full long lashes with the cat eye look (with longer lashes at the ends).
The treatment itself was very relaxing and I surprisingly feel asleep. After we were done she went over the after care on what I need to do to keep my lashes looking lush and lasting long. I bought a after care kit to take home with me to keep my lashes clean and healthy.
Over all it was a very pleasant experience, and I can’t wait to go back for a relash. My lashes turned out beautiful! To top the cake… Even my boyfriend noticed and complemented on them. (^_​^) and now i have less steps to do in my makeup routine. I don’t have to worry about curling my eyelashes, and don’t have to put on mascara every morning.

I went to see Ronnie this past Wednesday for my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. When I first walked in at wax appeal, I was so impressed on how clean and organized it looked. Ronnie was very professional and explained everything that she would be doing before even getting started. She asked me some questions about being allergic to anything and quickly got started. She showed me pictures of former clients and even asked me the look I was going for. I told her I wanted more of a natural look but noticeable, and not too dramatic. I was so comfortable during the entire application and even fell asleep. She was so informative on everything that she was doing and made me feel so relaxed. After it was done I was so happy to see my new lashes in the mirror. They are so beautiful! Ronnie even gave me instructions on care and make up application and what to use and not use. I can’t wait to go back for my retouch in a couple of weeks! All my coworkers and friends love my lashes and now want to get theirs done too with Ronnie! She is such a down to earth personable person and is vey educated with her services and products offered! I totally recommend Ronnie to everyone!

Ronnie did my lashes this past Saturday and did an amazing job! I already had in some lashes from last month (from a different lash stylist), but had some bald patches where lashes had fallen out. She did such a phenomenal job blending in the new lash set that I can’t even tell the difference! Ronnie was also extremely professional, made me feel comfortable, and thorough in her explanation about the process and how to care for my new lash set. She even followed up with me a few days after my appointment to see how the lashes were working out and whether I had any issues/​concerns (which I didn’t). Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with my experience with Ronnie. She exceeded my expectations!
