I have been going to the owner, Jennifer Yee, since she first started her apprenticeship. I had been getting my lashes done the ‘cheaper route’ which was damaging the hairs. Jennifer educated me on the difference between paying $ 40 and paying $ 100+. The quality of work that she does is phenomenal. She’s very detailed and precise, leaving me with a perfect set every time. She ensures I take care of my natural lashes as well as the extensions, recommending a lash serum, proper cleansing and what to avoid doing to keep my hairs from falling out. It’s her bedside manner and knowledge that separates her from other lash technicians in the industry. She’s always on top of the trend, traveling out of state to continue her training, education, and efforts to be the BEST in her business. I’m always receiving compliments on how beautiful my lashes are, and I credit her for their flawless appearance. I am a loyal client and will continue to be! I’m a lash addict!!!

Just went to Kristen for lash extensions and I was so impressed. My lashes are sparse, short and grow straight down, but she had no problems. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous with the application. The whole experience was great and she is very gentle and sweet. The room is cute and spotless, inside Dada salon on the 3^rd fl. The building is easy to find, right behind Walmart and the parking is free. I will only go to Kristen from now on! I highly recommend Kristen, especially if you have never had lash extensions. You’ll looooove it!

Best eyelash extensions ever!!!
I’ve been seeing Kristen since March 2015 and couldn’t be more in love or addicted to her beautiful work.
For real though, I haven’t missed a single appointment since March
I admit, I was hesitant on my very first visit– mostly because I read horror stories on the Internet and was terrified to have my natural lashes messed up /​the time it would take for them to grow back. On my first visit Kristen made me feel completely comfortable, listened attentively and her work more than exceeded my expectations!!!
I am a natural kinda girl and wanted beautiful, fuss-​free eyelashes ²⁴⁄₇ (Anyone else ever sick of taking off their mascara at night… not to mention finding the time to put it on every morning).
I’ve gotten more compliments than I can count; at the same time if I don’t choose to tell others my little eyelash secret, they assume they are my natural lashes and ask me what mascara I am using, ha!
Kristen has skills! Her application is flawless.
I love the fact that I have tossed out all my mascara and that I wake up and can feel halfway presentable (hair in a messy bun) in under five minutes. Yes, all you busy moms of the world, try eyelash extensions (and make sure you get them done by the right person!)
Also super happy that there is little upkeep to lash extensions. There are a few easy things to be careful of (Kristen will give you a hand out on this) but all-​in-​all so much (like 100 times) easier!!!
And if your nervous about whether your extensions will hold up to your lifestyle, here’s a little about me: I teach five cycling classes a week (hello sweat running down my face) and a few other formats for group fitness here on Oahu. So yes, I work out a lot. I’m also a busy mom who hits the beach at least twice a week to get her toddler’s wiggles out, I occasionally surf (currently pregnant with baby number 2); I also hike and in general love to be outside. I do wear sunglasses all the time and, in general, try to take good care of my lashes, but I’m definitely not easy on them.
I go in every other week for a fill. Twice a month, like clockwork. (However if you’re not constantly sweating or outside in the elements like me I bet you could go longer before needing a fill.) It’s worth every penny to me. Especially living on an island– my lashes are always ready for my next adventure!
And if you’re a busy mom, you could even make your lash fills YOUR scheduled nap time :)
I can’t say enough good things about Kristen; she is great at what she does and super sweet! You will love her and her work.

I have been doing lashes with her for years now and I constantly get complimented on them. She is very meticulous in her Lash Design yet very efficient. She also has great integrity in her work and doesn’t compromise your natural lashes. Trust the expert she is!!! Jenn knows and stays abreast to new products, trends, styles and is extremely knowledgable in her field. Lashes and glue used have never irritated, itched, poked or annoyed my eyes. Always perfect lashes, runs on time, responds and communicates appointments in a timely matter. Jenn and Kristen at Lash LAB = THE BEST!!!

The BEST on the island… hands down! Had my lashes done by a previous salon who ruined my lashes but Jenn worked her magic & got my lashes back up to par! Jenn is so knowledgeable in her craft and truly a master at what she does. Love my lashes & would never go anywhere else!

This review is for Jenn Yee, hands down the best for eyelash extensions on island!
It is not an over exaggeration to say seeing Jenn has transformed my lashes. Surprisingly enough my lashes are without question stronger and fuller than when I initially came to her. When lash extensions first gained popularity about 2005 I was first in line. I was obsessed with the way longer lashes opened up my eyes and face and for two years I never missed an appointment, so I never saw the damage that wrong application can cause. In 2007 I moved to Hawaii and fazed out lashes as I was unfamiliar with the area and who did them here. To my horror there were spots where lashes had once grown on my lids that were now bald. And so I piled on mascara to compensate. About 5 years went by before I began to see Jenn. By then my daily routine was to curl my lashes (heating my eyelash curler with my hair dryer before to ensure the lashes curled up prior to mascara application) and then apply 4 coats of mascara on them.
Seeing Jenn changed all that. Her technique of doing lashes has literally transformed the health of my own lashes. Today they have grown in and are longer on their own then they’ve been in years.
As a working mom of an almost 2 year old lashes have significantly cut down my grooming time and I just feel so confident going out with no makeup on days I just have my son. You will not be disappointed seeing Jenn, she thoroughly researches the products she uses, and she takes care and pride in the work she does.

So hands down best place to get your lashes done. Had lash extensions and a lash perm done by Kristen. Most recently had my lashes permed about 5 weeks ago and they still look like I just got it done!

I wish I could give more stars other than the 5 to Lashe Lab. They take lash extensions to the next level. They have the best service and provide the best quality of products used. They truly care about the health of your real lashes while making you look and feel good. I’ve been going to them for about a year or so now and been seeing Kristen. She’s amazing, detailed, gentle and makes you feel comfortable about the whole experience with her. Thanks to them I now get extra sleep and save money on not buying makeup.

It is a very relaxing service for anyone who needs that couple hours to just lay down and rest/​take a nap. Always a happy and satisfied client everytime Kristen Downs does my lash extensions. She goes beyond my expectations and takes me in asap when I have a lash emergency! Great pricing for great quality! The 30 mile drive to town is worth it!
