The acai bowls are good sized for the price. Wish the original would have a bit more banana on top though. It was really busy when I went in and the line was pretty backed up but the staff did all they could to speed it up which I appreciated. Friendly staff. Fast service. Smoothies are great as well. I got a mango one. Not sure what it’s called but would recommend.

Looking for a refreshing, tasty, and healthy smoothie? Wanting to quench a thirst and in the Kahala area? Look no further than Lanikai Juice Kahala. This local establishment offers tastier smoothies than its mainland competitor. Lanikai Juice has been a go-to on the weekends after a day of exercise outdoors. Their smoothies fulfill my need for a cold, healthy refreshment after hours under the sun. I have found two smoothies, Kailua Monkey & Coco Champ, which are beyond delicious. The Kailua Monkey consists of soy milk, banana, peanut butter, honey, and whey protein(choice of chocolate or vanilla). The Coco Champ is a blend of pineapple juice, coconut milk, pineapple, banana, papaya, yogurt, honey, and vanilla why protein. For when you come down with a cold, don’t hesitate to pick up their Dr. P.A.G.O. which is a juice blend of pineapple, apple, ginger, and orange. Currently, Lanikai Juice has a promotion on their own mason jars. The jars are $ 1.00 each, and you receive $ 0.25 off your drink when you bring in your jar. So, after four uses, your jar is paid off! Lanikai Juice Kahala has friendly and helpful employees. Parking is limited in the lot, but have always lucked out. Remember, when you’re in the Kahala area craving for a refreshing healthy drink, Lanikai Juice needs to be your stop.

«Acai Smoothie» used to be my favorite. However, the last two times I ordered these they were – imho – tasteless. Has the recipe been modified? I’m reluctant to think that it was the same staff person blending the orders since the timing was far apart. Maybe it’s just me because I don’t see other reviewers commenting on this. I infrequently post reviews and only do so when it matters to me and I care about the merchant. I’ll still patronize the Kahala store but I’m now looking for a new«favorite» there.

Lanikai Juice is the perfect stop on the way to or from the beach or hiking or for a healthy breakfast to start your day. Their acai bowls are good and I love that they put a lot of honey!(Even though honey is an extra charge). They also have really delicious smoothies that go way beyond your usual Jamba Juice. The prices here are reasonable, and they also have a rewards program. I actually didn’t even know I was a part of it, but the lady asked me for my phone number to see if I was. To my surprise I was in their system and she told me the points never expire! That’s definitely a plus for me because theirs nothing more frustrating than loosing rewards and points you’ve earned. The parking here can get a little tight because there aren’t that many parking stalls, but this place usually has customers in and out since there isn’t too much seating inside.

My daughters and I moved from Oahu to Oregon three years ago and one of the places we miss VERYMUCH is Lanikai Juice! On our second day we made sure our first stop of the day was to get a mouth watering and Acai Extravaganza and a Strawberry Shaka. It’s just not the same trying to order similar items from other smoothie shops. No one can compete! The service here is stellar; cheerful, fun, happy people who always make me glad I chose Lanikai Juice!

I have no idea when this place opened, but I’m SOGLAD I found it. Great location, right across the street from Kahala Mall and by my grandparents house :) In the 10 days I was here visiting my family, I came here about 4 times. Obsessed? Nah…=/ I got the Mana Bowl(twice), Acai Colada, and Acai Original. The only problem with the Acai Colada is that it ONLY comes in the 24 oz. Who can finish that by themselves?!? Me… guilty. I scarfed that down, but the 16 oz. would’ve been just fine. I got it with kale. If you do, don’t be deceived by the color(looks like sewage) because you can’t even taste it. You just get the benefits of it! The Mana Bowl was delicious. After reading the ingredients I was a bit skeptical that it would only taste like vegetables, but then I saw all the reviews raving about it so I had to try it. It was so good! You can mostly taste the fruit, and a hint of ginger in the after taste. Definitely worth the try; don’t be intimidated. The Acai Original is just a regular acai bowl. Nothing fancy, but it’s delicious like the rest of them. You really can’t go wrong with any of the options. I do wish they were a bit more generous with the granola, but that’s all I have to say. The prices are also very affordable compared to LA. One of the best prices I’ve seen… must go!

Lanikai Juice is awesome! I love stopping by here for breakfast or snack. Usually I get the regular original acai bowl but occasionally I get the acai extravaganza. Regular is 16 ounces and is a good size but if you want soy milk instead of apple juice, you have to get the larger bowl(24 ounces). Staff is friendly and helpful. Next time I gotta try their Mana green bowl!

In the past couple years I’ve fallen in love with smoothies. I bought a blender & started experimenting & it got me hooked. Oddly enough, it’s the super healthy stuff I like, like beets & kale. Lanikai Juice always has yummy drinks but not to long ago they expanded & added some green juices, fresh juices and food which brought me running. The green smoothies are bomb! I know a lot of people are afraid of them looking like grass in a cup but with the right blend, they’re delicious. Lanikai has a few varieties to choose from. My favorite is the Green Goddess. The addition of things like honey, mint, ginger, basil & fresh juices make them quite tasty. I’m also a fan of the acai smoothies as well as the juices which are simple blends with specific targets like healthy skin, digestion etc. I haven’t had one I disliked — they’re super fresh! When they changed their menu one of my go to drinks disappeared and I was sad. Food was an awesome addition but I loved my Kuulau Kooler [I’m probably spelling it wrong] and when things I like disappear, I panic. I finally decided to venture out recently and checked out the Wellness Menu. I tried the Majestic Harvest, a mix of ginger, vanilla protein, carrot juice, beet juice, greens, banana, orange, honey & spirulina. I’m not a fan of the spirulina so I canceled that out and also replaced my protein with chocolate. Later I saw all the available add ins and realized I might totally switch the protein out next time but I was still amazingly pleased with my drink! [i just like customizable options :)] It was pink from the beets and looked like a fairy tale in a cup. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the blend was. I honestly could barely taste the protein & in the end, found my drink very filling so maybe the protein is a win. I’m excited to try some of the other wellness smoothies next time. Juice is good for you so just do it. Lanikai is local ingredients and they make it taste pretty damn good. Win win! Bonus: prices are pretty reasonable compared to a lot of other smoothie/juice shops.

It’s always sunny, and with that comes a little humidity here. Well I do love my smoothies, and I wanted to try something new besides Jamba Juice. I had crossed over from the kohala mall and saw the lanakai juice sign. I excitedly opened the door and was welcomed by the air conditioning. The menu was extensive. There was so many ingredients in each drink that It took me five minutes of standing there contemplating. I was thinking of having every fruit and all the choices offered into a smoothie so that I could have it all. Lol. Well I ended up with Hawaiian style small guava lava. It was guava purée, orange, lilikoi, strawberry, mango and honey. Sounds delicious right? It was, and very healthy and refreshing on a hot day. I did wish I was able to taste the other fruits that were listed. It was all guava on my taste buds. The employees are nice, fruits are freshly blended before your eyes and it’s a clean establishment.

Love the fresh squeezed juices at Lanikai Juice. They also make bowls, smoothies, and bottled cold pressed drinks but for me it’s all about the juice. Get a Carrot Lemonade if you like ginger and lemon, it’s a great cold fighter and pick me up. For a nutrition boost and cleanser Da Greens is perfect with kale, cucumber, apple and spinach. Only $ 5.25-$ 5.55 for 16 oz, a deal compared to other juice shops. Staff are friendly and there’s free parking, and if you plan to go regularly sign-up for their rewards program.

Best part of waking up is Lanikai Juice in your cup. On the occasion I skip making a smoothie at home, Lanikai Juice is the best alternative to a fresh start. Their smoothies are made with the real deal and it shows in taste and consistency. Personally, I’m a huge fan of the Ginger Ono, which was discontinued and put on a secret menu. There are a number of smoothies you can get here which aren’t available at Smoothie Planet or other places. Perhaps Robeks is the closest chain I can think of which resembles the flavor palette offered at Lanikai.

Acai extravaganza bowl was decent but tasted different than most bowls… not sure why. Service was fast but unfortunately not that friendly. No greeting upon arrival and barely an acknowledgement of who would help me as I look around at the two workers wondering who will finally come forward from the back. Wouldn’t mind trying some of their smoothies or juices but I’m hardly in the area and with service like that, I won’t be going out of my way. If you’re exiting the parking lot, the side entrance is right turn only. Lots of parking in the lot on a weekday morning. Not sure how it is once Assagios is open.

Forget acai bowls… MANAGREENBOWL is where it’s at! My boss came to work with one of those green bowls and I told her it looked absolutely disgusting. She told me «don’t knock it til you try it!» and proceeded to let me try a scoop of hers. It looked way too green for me. Really green. I reluctantly tried a spoonful… and liked it! I don’t know what makes it green but it’s not food coloring. I think it’s just a bunch of green super foods blended with ice and topped with bananas, mangos, and chia seeds. WATCHOUTFORTHEHONEY. They will ask you«do you want honey?» and if you say«yes», they will put honey on top for a $ 1 extra. Yeah all of a sudden your mana bowl is almost $ 10. I haven’t ever really eaten anything else here because I always get the same thing, and I always get it after I’m through with the gym.. If you’ve never tried the Mana green bowl yet, give it a try!

In the past month or so, I’ve spent a small fortune at Lanikai Juice. I’ve recently become addicted to one of their drinks and whenever I’m in the vicinity and slightly overheated, I can’t resist the pull to stop and buy a $ 6 drink. The item of my latest obsession is the Coco Champ: Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk, Pineapple, Banana, Papaya, Yogurt, Honey, Vanilla Whey Protein. There is no way this can be healthy since it tastes like the best milkshake you’ve ever had, however I appease my guilt by telling myself, It’s fresh! It’s real fruit! It has protein for god’s sake, it’s a recovery drink! I also enjoy their bowls, generous with fresh fruit and granola, they are definitely enough to share or for a meal. As with most of their locations, it’s always busy so I’d suggest calling in your order and don’t forget to join their loyalty program to track your many purchases!

Bad decisions? Not possible, I had my green smoothie! Rejection during a meeting? No way, I had my green smoothie! Wrinkles? I look fifteen years younger than my actual age, I had my green smoothie! Deadly meteor headed towards Earth? I took care of it, I had my green smoothie! All things are possible with God and a green smoothie!!! My name is Emi and I am completely addicted to green smoothies. I have one for breakfast almost every single morning and when I don’t, it feels as though the world is little crooked. Like I’m walking in heels but only wearing one. I know that sounds really weird but there’s something about consuming inordinate amounts of kale that make me feel as though I’m invincible. Normally I make mine at home because it gets crazy spendy when you buy them all the time, but when I run out of ingredients I’ll get my green fix at a juice bar. I came to Lanikai Juice after a 630am yoga session to start my day off invincible! We each got a Dr. Green smoothie and decided to share the Monkey Bowl. Here’s the ingredients list: +Dr. Green Smoothie: Mango Juice, Ginger, Mix Green, Orange, Pineapple, Banana, Honey +Monkey Bowl: Peanut butter, banana, almond milk and whey protein powder(vanilla or chocolate). Topped with granola, banana and carob chips. Considering it was 8am on a Saturday, Lanikai Juice was packed with locals and tourists. We waited about 8 minutes for our items and were lucky enough to snag a table that opened up. Although tasty, the Dr. Green was not quite what I wanted simply because I make my smoothies really healthy and hearty at home. I’m talking so much kale that it’s really thick. The Monkey Bowl was a solid pick, but I wish we had spent the extra $ 1 for the honey. I think the sweetness would have put it over the top. Other than the food, service was really great and I felt as though there was that correct amount of urgency about getting customers their drinks as quickly as possible. Lots of parking right out front and a good way to get something healthy while avoiding the mall.
