I have only seen Dr Dezazni once, so this is for Dr. Joseph Ward who works in her office. Dr. Ward is very professional and personable. He is a great pediatrician who does not make you feel like you are taking up his time. We had to call (just recently) the physicians exchange because we were on our way to take our daughter to the ER, and he called us back right away. He reinforced that we were making the right decisions, and he followed up with us in the morning as well as the next day. Ashley and Jean who work in the office are great as well. I highly recommend this office and doctor!

New to Hawaii and our little one needed care. I work in the medical field and I am very picky! This office is the best! I went to two clinics in mililani and was very disappointed. I called and they said I could come right away! Very professional. Gave me answers and treated our little one with kindness! I will make the drive to this clinic for the great care they give! Easy parking. Easy to find. Very kind staff and physicians! Very blessed to have found them!

We have been going to Kahala Pediatrics for 6 yrs. I was appalled to get a notice in the mail saying not only were they going to send my $ 18 bill in for collection, but they also had the nerve to highlight a statement saying we could not come in for any services or make any appointments until the $ 18 dollars was paid. ARE U KIDDING ME! This notice is beyond unprofessional and it’s the last straw with this doc’s office. They used to send me bills after our visits for $ 4 instead of just waiting until the next time we came (like a good family practice would)… I will never go back here. It’s a shame to lose business from being RUDE.

Dr. Alison Motosue and Kahala Pediatrics are terrific! We are never left waiting long and the doctors explain very clearly. The office staff and nurse are so helpful and take the time to make sure things are going well. The doctor even calls personally to follow up after an appointment.

Dr. Dezzani is kind, compassionaite, and wonderul to interact with. She and the rest of the folks at Kahala Pediatrics are friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly professional, and make choosing and using a pediatrician enjoyable. Their office is clean, classy, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff is happy to answer questions over the phone, they are easy to schedule with, and take a conservative approach to managing and treating health and wellness in newborns, infants, and children. She came to us highly recommended and I’m happy to pass along the rec to you!
