Typical bad service for his clients and buyers, made appointment to show us a house and never shows up and intended NOT to show up the tenant said she had not heard from him all day. SO he never even let her know we where coming. Then he never even had the professionalism to return calls or emails. Thank you for wasting our time.

Jeffrey Samuels and his team are great! I live on Kauai and had a condo I needed to sell on Oahu. Calling Jeffrey Samuels was the best move I made. I was a little leery since when would a company only charge 3500.00 for full service?! The pictures of the condo were amazing! I was emailed documents to fill out and that I could scan back. I only needed to drive to find a notary just once. As far as the closing documents the escrow co. Sent a mobile notary to me. The whole process for me being on another island was so easy, the only difficult part for me was the waiting game, which is normal and not in our control.
They pretty much kept me inform of what was happening. Waa Laa!!! I sold my condo in less a month and it seemed like a 30 or 45 day close. It was pretty speedy!

Jeffrey Samuels has more experience working with banks around the islands, than anyone else I could find in Hawaii. He’s definitely an expert with short sales & foreclosures, and I’m sure that’s just «brushing the surface». Best of all he’s a people-​to-​people kind of businessman, which can be hard to find these days. His agency is also very informative when it comes to development projects taking place in the surrounding areas.
Knowledgeable & down to earth… Pleasure working with them thus far.
