Singularly dense and unhelpful manager. I earned $ 3 off through the rewards program, I pressed «use it now», and nothing printed out (but my rewards points were gone). I explained what happened, at which point she explained to me what SHOULD have happened (coupon prints out), and that there is no reason it shouldn’t have printed. Despite the undeniable reality that NOTHING PRINTED OUT. No apology, no offer to give the discount anyway, and when I canceled the order out of frustration with the whole process, she shouts imperiously, «pour out the protein berry workout!» over her shoulder as if she were meting out my punishment.
I called the Jamba up on Kapahulu, and the manager there was like, «sorry, man, come on over and we’ll give you the three dollar discount.»
As it should be. Jamba, get your reward program printers working and you can hire anyone you want. I the meantime, put the ME back in tEaM.

The hours on here are wrong. The store hours on their door says they close at 9:30pm so we were highly disappointed when we went at 9:20 and they were already closed. The lights were on and the door was unlocked but when we walked in we were shoed out and told they were closed. They locked the door behind us then turned off their lights. Rude. The store hours posted said clearly 9:30. We were bummed but life goes on. Don’t trust the store hours!

We always get smoothies from this location every time we go down and spend a few hours on the beach. Staff is always so friendly and they move the line pretty fast! Never had a bad experience here. Keep it up!

Amazing location for a quick cool down from the beach! The staff are friendly and even with all the traffic from those of us here for the Honolulu Marathon, they were upbeat and handled the crowd well! Mahalo Jamba team!

Great location in waikiki with excellent service! Got an awesome coupon for one free smoothie so we stopped in after our run.
No added sugar to their drinks (which is great). Both were delicious. Menu had alot of options I liked it a little better than tucker n bevys.

Newest Jamba in Hawaii with a beautiful design, indoor & outdoor seating, and an extended menu… including Hawaii-​only items like the Acai Primo Bowl (my personal fave), Guava and Papaya smoothies, and baked goods made daily in Hawaii! Also available is 100% Kona and Wailua (Oahu grown) coffee brewed to order! Friendly and upbeat staff as can be expected at Jamba!
