We at Island Wide Screens use only the highest quality material at a discount price, in order to accomplish this, we buy the finest grade aluminum and screen cloth at bulk rates to pass the savings on to you! We have done our homework so you don’t have to.

Our Screen frame is .025 gauge aluminum the strongest on the market. The other guy’s use .020 that makes us 20% stronger.

Wether you live on the water or inland we know that our climate needs special consideration, over years of experience we have learned that the breakdown comes from the acceleration of corrosion caused by metal screws driven into the corner brackets of sliding screen doors. We have eliminated this problem by using only extruded aluminum corners that means no screws. This Screen Door will be your last.

History

Established in 2002.

I worked for years for another screen company watching the shortcuts, cheap material and overcharging. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and opened my own company using the best material, doing things the right way for a fair price. Here it is ten years later and my handshake is still my word.

Island Wide Screens were very thorough and professional. They were honest about which frames needed to be replaced, and which ones could be rescreened. They hunted down hard-​to-​find replacement parts. After doing a great job on all the screens, they put an hour and a lot of effort into fixing my sliding glass door (which frankly needs replacing, but they were able to get it working again!).

We had Island Wide Screens replace all of the frames and screens on our house a few months ago. They were by far the most reasonable, and they come to your house and do everything on site! I got an estimate by emailing them the approximate measurements of my screens and they were very responsive. They came to the house, didn’t even need to come into the home, and finished efficiently — sometimes we forgot they were even there working!

INTEGRITY!
I needed to replace a broken sliding screen door that a previously hired handyman couldn’t figure out. Chris took a look at my screen door and recommended that instead of replacing the whole thing he could find a way to fix the bottom wheel. His honesty saved me $ 200. Although it cost them some business I really appreciate his integrity!

Initially the dialogue was quite good and professional. Unfortunately, they change appointment times without agreement. It’s been three weeks since the estimate was supposed to be made however no response. I even gave them an early gift. In the end, a monumental waste of time.

What a professional company! Jessica & Chris handled all our needs from the first phone call until Chris completed the job 7÷1÷2015. We had purchased all new windows during our condo remodel in 2012 (July) through One Stop (who used Breezeway locally made windows and screens). The screens were difficult to remove and totally fell apart, crumbled and looked horrible by 2nd year. I called both companies to see if they would stand behind their product. Even though they agreed the screens should have lasted longer, they basically said, too bad, as it’s only a one year warranty and offered to replace at $ 750 using the same measurements. Chris knew immediately what the problem was: first the measurements were wrong and second the quality of the materials were terrible. It took him about 3 hours to make the screens on-​site and all for $ 400 with a smile. Highly recommend.

Jessica and Chris work quickly together, you can tell they’ve done this a lot. On the morning of my appt. there was a bad accident on the freeway and they were stuck in traffic. I took a day off from work for this, so they rescheduled to come on Sunday (my day off and their day off) at my convenience to get this done. Awesome customer service and they did a great job replacing all the screens on my home. Yup like this company.

On this very blustery day, with a storm approaching, Chris and Jessica braved it and came as promised to replace my screen… first of all Thank You… it is very much appreciated.
More importantly, they provide excellent service and a quality product. Chris measure my very large screen and then proceeded to his truck where Jessica had everything ready. Chris fabricated the frame and used the pet screen I provided to make my new screen. Had I known they have a better pet screen, I would have requested that… but that’s ok, Chris was able to work with what I had.
He quickly cut the frame and cleverly assembled it on the flatbed of his truck. He has a very clever system that insures a nice screen with squared off corners and everything was straight.
Whenever I’ve done the screen, mine end up looking like a hourglass… ha ha… Chris is very careful and takes pride in his work. Chris and Jessica are a great time and I thank them again for coming today… Their price is fair and they are so efficient!

Very satisfied with the two screen I had to replace, one was a customized window. I wind up using the old frame which was in great condition and Chris cut it to the size I needed to save some money.

Think company is a joke! Came out and measured home for two new screen doors and said 6 – 8 weeks to special order. Never heard from them again unless I contacted them. 11 weeks later still no screen doors. When I called them they didn’t even announce who they were just said «hello» and then said my screen doors were not in even though they didn’t even ask my name! I said, how do you know my screens haven’t come in if you don’t even know who I am? Their response, it doesn’t matter, all our doors we ordered haven’t come in! I’m sure they are either going bankrupt or just scamming people for money! Don’t waste your time with this company! I bet I won’t even get my $ 200 dollar deposit back!

I called Island Wide Screens to replace a lot of my screens that seemed to have seen their last days. Chris came and took a look at every screen and figured out how to save every one of them! In about an hour, he had every screen working like new! My bill was a fraction of what it would have been. I would highly recommend this company!
