History
Established in 2012.
Shinji Takahashi and Jorma Winkler formed this ukulele factory to manufacture high quality ukuleles in Honolulu Hawaii. Shinji has been making guitars and ukuleles for over 30 years and Jorma has been supplying Hawaiian Koa tonewood to the ukulele and guitar builders for 15 years and is a third generation wood industry leader.

Business Owner
Jorma is fourth generation wood industry veteran specializing in Hawaiian Koa for the instrument market worldwide through his own company formed in 2001. Since then he has been supplying wood for millions of instruments around the world and over the past few years became more involved in the building aspect of ukuleles.
