This place is located in Aloha Tower. There is a parking lot, however after a certain time you will have to pay a flat rate. If you come before that flat rate time, I believe they valid your ticket. We usually park on the streets and walk into aloha tower. As you may know, Hooters are known for their wings. Everyone has their own opinion on their wings. I really don’t care for their wings. We usually come here for their fried Pickles. These are the winners. If your every at hooters you must try it. We came on a slow night and service was really great. She checked on us every so often. However I saw on the side there were two workers just sitting on the side and talking to each other. I knew they had tables to service, but to me it seems like they really didn’t care. It seems like their conversation was more important than their costumers. If you are going to talk to each other at least do it in the back where costumers can’t see you and think you do not care about the them. Other than that this place was A-OK.

Burger horrible, curly fries bland. Must be a mainland thing because Hooters Honolulu sucks. At least I was by myself so no one else had to suffer. Looking around almost entirely military, just proving to me a mainland place. I WON’T BEBACK.

Great location right on the harbor! The staff is really nice, food was on point! Had no problem walking in without a reservation. I was helped as soon as I walked in. It was my first time there and I really enjoyed it!

Let me say that everyone has an opinion and here is my POSITIVE comment! Trust me I was very leery of going there based on the recent Unilocal reviews. As always I don’t judge people on their reviews. We just wanted some AYCEWINGS!!! Moi, our waitress was Outstanding from beginning to end. She gave us honest suggestions about the 17 different wing sauces and was very personable. She was always checking to see if we needed anything and refilled our water/soda without even asking which is awesome! I almost forgot the wings! They were fresh and temperature hot. The best sauce was the General Tso which was a spicy teriyaki without it being too sweet but the other sauces were good too. Moi was quick to order for us so there was no delay. Unfortunately, we didn’t eat as much as we had planned! It wasn’t due to taste believe me. We will definitely return! Wings were great but the service provided by Moi made it an experience.

Stopped by with cousins while waiting for traffic to die down. Everyone had Happy Hour. I wanted tea. She asked hot tea or ice. I said hit since I had no idea they had that. She comes back says no hot tea. Gave me iced tea… well apparently people onky get booze there because the tea tasted like it had been sitting for a month. I got up and walked to Starbucks for some caffeine.

The worst experience and worst hooters I have been to. Wait time: First we arrived and put our names down, We waited for 1 hour exactly to be seated! Issue & customer service: Hostess was so unfriendly &RUDE. She ignored me when I tried to check how far we were on the list twice, & when we were finally going to be called the hostess could not remember us so she almost gave our table to someone else & try to say we had just barely signed our name.(we remember because she misspelled our name the first time). Seating arrangements: When we were finally seated she gave us a spot right by the TV& the live Hawaiian music so we could not hear each other & worst of all it was a high table with the most uncomfortable stool, no back rest(please keep in mind I am 9MONTHSPREGNANT!!) but this didn’t stop them. They clearly did not care! Order accuracy: We placed our order & they got my drink wrong as well as my husband’s wing flavor. they changed my drink and our seating arrangements per our request & we were so fed up with all their bad service and getting everything wrong that my husband just kept the chicken wings. Food quality bad: Turns out they were bad and my husband has had food poisoning for 3 days!!! Overall they failed in every single aspect of our visit! Never again are we attending this hooters nor should you!!! I’m just grateful my wings were okay since I’m 9 months pregnant and food poisoning for me would have been VERY dangerous!

Here for veteran’s day meal with my fellow shipmates. 3 hrs of waiting. Ten minutes of eating. While waiting to be seated we were told 20 min, after 20 min we were told 30 min. Finally got seated after an hour. Didn’t know our servers name. She canceled an order of fries and fried pickles on her own and then tried to get them back to give it to us because we waited so long for our food. At this point we were fed up so we asked for the manager. He asked us how we were doing and we told him the issues we had. He said«come again next time and you’ll see the real Hooters, everyone had a bad night». So basically you’re ok with the level of service and unhappy customers. What a great way to thank us for our service…

Food was ok. I got the fried pickles and Caesar salad. My friends got the all you can eat chicken. They say they like Buffalo Wild Wings better. I sensed a hostile vibe between waitresses. It was a busy night so maybe they were just annoyed with each other. My food came last even though it was just a salad. Although I seen it sitting at the counter for like 5 – 10 minutes. I give it a decent rating because of waitress was actually really nice and she knew that we had a weird vibe about the service so she comp’ed my fried pickles which I thought was sweet of her. One of the other workers was giving her obvious flack about not serving us water right away. But we understood it was chaotic and busy. But the live music was awesome. Two men singing r&b and local jams! Other than that, I’d say the girls should try to look a little more excited and try to act like they at least get along wit each other! Probably my first and last hooters visit.

The lack of structure can be confusing for those who have never stepped in a Hooters. The host you get will determine how the rest of your visit will go. Our hostess was attentive but seemed annoyed when spoken to. My boyfriend is obsessed with Hooter wings so he had to get his cravings satisfied. As for me, I wanted to try their oysters and surprisingly it was great! I like how they give you an option of sauces with crackers. Oh yea, the chocolate cake was delish! Other than that, the parking situation sucks! Validation pertains to specific hours of the day… lameeee

slow ass service. waited over 15 minutes for our drinks & it wasn’t even busy. all them hooter girls walking around just talking story. I guess if its not their table, they won’t even bother. at Mai tai’s, even if the gal isn’t our waitress, she would still make sure all was OK. drinks started OK but later tasted watered down. too much ice. only thing good was the chicken wings & shrimp barbecue. their nachos was bland af. Even their«view» wasn’t all that great.

This place, I would go as far as saying it sucks. It’s just could be so much better. The on tap selection if all domestic cheap garbage that you pay way to much for. The environment is awesome. That’s the selling point. It’s not the«girls» you come here for… Not for me at least. The service… Is ok… The girls are moving quick. It’s the guys who cook and work behind the bar that make orders slow and are what I would consider the chink in the armor. The food… My god the food sucks! It’s got ok presentation but holy F*** does the food suck! Imagine getting sliders(the mini burgers) and getting raw ground beef that was brown’d on the outside but cool in temperature and pick on the inside… That’s a big no go in my book. Overall, you have cute waitresses that try and are working moderately hard(I say moderately, because I’m a firm believer serving food and taking orders isn’t a high stress job like being a James Bond type of assassin would be), the environment and location is on point. The place is clean for the most part, the beer selection isn’t great(INMYOPINION, If you like bud light and cheap beer as such… Then by all means…), the service is good, it’s the food that ruins this place… Once again, I must call upon the gods I don’t believe in and using them in vein by saying my god the food straight up sucks!!! Uncooked, not cooked enough, still raw, just jacked up food!!!

The other day, my husband suggested going to Hooters for lunch. My mind raced a bit with thoughts that HE might be going through some mid-life crisis to check out the Hooters Gals. I guess my expression must’ve given my thoughts away as he quickly denied or dismissed the idea of ogling. Instead, he recommended a quick lunch of Hooters Hot Wings and beer. Oahu’s Hooters is located in the famous Aloha Tower Marketplace with scenic views of Honolulu Harbor and near historic Honolulu landmarks. Recently, Hawaii Pacific University purchased the marketplace and renovated the former retail spaces into a dormitory. Several restaurants have stayed as anchor tenants for students and public dining options. The Aloha Marketplace has become like a mini-college town in itself. Back to the subject of our dine… we were immediately greeted and escorted to a table along the dock. I was about to ask for a table in the interior(because I don’t really care for dining al fresco) of the restaurant but it was a real hot and sunny day. Haley came by to introduce herself as our server as she delivered us huge glasses of water and took our beverage order while we perused the menu. Actually, my husband was quite ready to place the order as he has dined at Hooters many times with his former colleagues. So, when Haley returned with our cold beers we placed our order for 10 pieces of Hooters’ Classic Fried Wings(breaded) and Lotsa Tots. — Lotsa Tots: Haley brought out a basket of Lotsa Tots which was basically golden brown, lightly crisp-fried ‘tater tots covered with all the fixings of a loaded potato(bacon, sour cream, minced chives and a generous pour of melted American cheese). — Hooters Original Fried Chicken Wings: We ordered 10 pieces of breaded chicken wings with Blue cheese dressing on the side. The 10 pieces in the basket were comprised of 5 drumettes(1st section of a chicken wing) and 5 wings(2nd section). Each plump, not scrawny, piece was lightly breaded and fried golden brown. When bit into, the chicken was fryer hot, moist and flavorful. The breading was perfect as each bite yielded crust, skin and meat. There was no crust/skin separation that would have slapped you on the chin with your bite. The two dishes were perfectly fried and seasoned. Our beers were icy cold and complimented all of the fried crunchy goodness. Service(Haley) was friendly, attentive and courteous. We noticed that there is an AYCE Wednesday deal, too. I don’t know if I’d return for an AYCE but these wings were really good. So go on, get your wing chow down at Hooters and I promise that I won’t make any judgements about you if you do! #396

My first experience here during the Rousey vs. Correia fight. Service was pretty good, given how packed it is here. Our party of 10 including a baby and young kid, did not once feel we were neglected. Our waitress did an awesome job checking on us periodically. Fortunately for us, our friends came around 2PM for seating; main event is at 4PM, buy it was packed upon arrival. The only disappointment was the chicken wings. This is for all the hooters everywhere. I love my wings, but hooters just doesn’t meet my expectations. Maybe one day. Overall, not so bad. I would try a different spot for an event just for the experience.

Worst Hooters I’ve ever been to in my life. Being the enormous wing fan that I am, I’ve been a regular at this location for over 3 years. The service has never been fantastic and you could always tell that they never cleaned their fountain drink nozzles cause their sodas had«that weird taste». I would make my kids get juice or lemonade and I would only ever get beer. At least those were ok and the food was always on point. There’s not too many places on this island for wings and these were always nice big pieces smothered in that awesome sauce. However, it appears that about a few months ago they have undergone some kind of major change because the last two experiences we’ve had there have been horrendous. Like I said the service was never something to write home about but now they’re super stingy on the sauce and now even the beer has«that taste». Had to send it back and get a Heineken only because it was in a bottle and not contaminated. Oh yeah, and the last time we were there, they screwed up half our order(my wife’s half) and it took way too long to correct. Me and my entire family were done with our food before they brought what she had originally ordered in the first place. The worst part is that we were seated right next to the pick up window and we could see multiple orders(same as my wife ordered) leave the kitchen to other tables instead of being rerouted to ours in order to fix their mistake. The only reason this Hooters is even in business is cause it’s the only on the island and relies solely on tourists or lonely single boys who think they might have a shot at these horrible waitresses. I will never go back. I’ll wait til I head to the big island or the mainland. I would advise you to do the same.

Went with a large group, and the service was friendly enough, and this location wasn’t crowded or busy when we went in the evening. I had a good time, able to talk with people, not loud or rowdy. And I liked what food I tried — wings, and fried pickles. I love that the pickles are thin slices, so you get a little tang and a nice bite of batter/breading.

Everyone likes Hooters! This places has been then same for years. 1 or the 2 places left open in Aloha Towers Shopping Center. The service was a bit slow, we had to seat our serves and wait to be noticed by one of the waitresses, but once we got past that, things seem to go smoothly. I ordered my standard«IPA» and she offered me a Blue Moon(I guess they need to work on beer types). Once the food was ordered, it came out quickly and warm. Good views of the water.(yes I know it’s Hooter’s and yes the best view(at the time) was the water). There’s nothing else to do here, so I’d say it’s a good spot to go with friends for a quick beer and wings!

I am seriously loving this place. I am a wing girl. Everywhere I go, I seem to order wings. I can’t get enough of the Samurai wings from here. It’s this sweet teriyaki sauce. It’s awesome especially with blue cheese dressing. The only thing is that Hooters used to have whole wings which included the tip part. Now they’re doing individual sections like Buffalo Wild Wings. The hubby got the bbq boneless wings which were ok. I like bones in my wings or it’s like chicken nuggets to me. The clam chowder was yummy. It’s one of the better chowders around. It had a fresh seafood taste to it with big chunks of clams. The potatoes were cooked to perfection where it just melted in your mouth. I just wished the bowl they served it in was bigger, lol. It was the first time I ordered the scoop fries. OMG, you need to try it people. I asked the server about it and she said that they cut the fries themselves. I’ve never seen this anywhere before. They cut the fries to where it has a scoop, so when you dip it in ketchup or chili, you get a mouthful of it. It was served hot and crispy, fresh from the fryer. You know some places that just gives you soggy fries because it has been sitting around, not here. I would go back just for this. The server we had was really friendly. However, the service here is slow for some reason. It took a while for our food to come. The wings came before the fries and soup.
