Established in 2008.

Jamie Leigh is an Intuitive Coach, Bodyworker, Dancer, Lover and Life Horn Grabber. She is devoted to breaking through the blocks within herself and within her clients. She has worn many hats over the last decade as a Healing Artist and as so, has a large tool box of modalities that she digs through to assist others in living their full, wildly authentic Lives.

Jamie travels the world learning and teaching. She offers phone and in-​person sessions.

It has been a long road to this moment. As a dancer and athlete I struggled with my weight and body image. What was considered a prized physique in one was a horror in the other. Dancing without a «dancers» body I pushed the limits of my flexibility, stamina and health. I experienced injury after injury, struggling with Western Doctors out right ignoring what I knew as my body’s truth. My intuition disregarded and my body exhausted, I turned inward and discovered that by cultivating compassion for myself and being truly honest with my ego, that my body could and continues to, transcend what I ever imagined possible.

I TEACH from this place, I HEAL from this place, I LIVE from this place.

It is all about the journey!

It was relaxing, unfortunately when you work certain muscles others act up. I left hurting on my right side. Oh well, maybe I should get longer massage next time.

Wonderful therapist. Very professional and efficient. Jamie has a good touch and makes her customers feel very comfortable from the beginning. She’s been fantastically flexible with her schedule and was able to take me on a short notice.
I had asked her to work on a few problem areas for me, not only did she hone in on those but she worked on other areas that I didn’t even realize were tight or hurting. The massage definitely had a very positive effect and I was back to my normal self after a physical and stressful month.
Jamie’s rates are very reasonable for the level of service. I’d highly recommend and I’m definitely looking forward to being a regular customer.

I didn’t know what to expect from a scrub and steam combo, but it sounded like just the pampering I needed. I am wrapping up my first trimester and this pregnancy has me feeling a lot less energized than my previous pregnancy. Jamie’s atmosphere I calming and relaxing. She makes you feel very comfortable. She’s obviously very knowledgeable about the human body and it’s inner workings.
The scrub was not what I would call relaxing, though it’s stimulating and feels good. Then she wraps you up in a magical little sheet, lower this tent over you, and you steam. I fell asleep to the essential oils of grapefruit and I felt SOOO good. When she woke me up I felt slimy, but wonderful. Then she cleans your feet and you walk to the shower where he has fab shampoo and conditioner (I’m big into hair, so I will be purchasing these ASAP). By the time I stepped out of the shower I felt relaxed but energized. This was a wonderful experience and I hope to be able to repeat it! It’s pricey, but you won’t regret it.

I found Jamie while she was subbing at a Restorative w/​massage yoga class. That sample of her work was all I needed! Next time I needed some massage attention, I got in touch with her and have continued to be amazed by her treatments. I’ve had a few major accidents, leaving me with a laundry list of injuries that I’m always working with. Jamie knows where my problems are and exactly how to get them balanced. I recently had a scrub and steam (I HIGHLY recommend doing the combo as it embeds the oil blend into your skin, leaving you with a radiant glow). I must say, the scrub/​steam set-​up is a must-​experience — this woman’s got ingenuity!

Jamie is a natural healer. My body was so out of balance when I went to her and just being in her space helped calm me immediately. I’ve had a 90 minute massage and an Ayurvedic Consultation which included a comprehensive wellness plan.
The massage was at Yoga Tree Valencia. Jamie had the room preheated for me and listened carefully to my description of where my body was and what I’d like the massage to focus on. She started with Reiki and continued with deep tissue. Towards the end of my massage, she offered to massage my diaphragm, since I am a singer and use that muscle endlessly. It was so nice to get a massage from someone who understood that my body has different needs. The best part was the way she ended the massage! She somehow managed to make a little cocoon of the sheets around me. It was so comforting!
The Ayurvedic Consultation took place at her studio. She emailed me some forms to fill out before the consultation to begin to understand my constitution. During the appointment, she took my pulse, discussed the imbalances with me, and educated me on self care. She gave me dietary suggestions as well as recommended essential oils to add to a bath and salt scrub. After meeting with her, I had a much better understanding of my body and how to stay healthy. My body is balanced and much stronger now and I look forward to another consultation.

I recently had an eye neti done by Jamie. I loved it! That was my first eye neti, so I didn’t know what to expect, but Jamie made me feel comfortable right away. She holds space really well, she makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way, and she loves doing what she does. The treatment itself is really interesting. She massaged my eye sockets and even used a hot stone (which felt amazing!). After the treatment, she showed me how much «gunk» she got out of my eyes. My eyes felt so great afterwards and my husband says my eyes are radiant!

So, I must say that I LOVE Jamie’s eye neti services! What a unique offering, as I’ve never seen this, nor heard of it, until Jamie mentioned it to me. I work in front of a computer all day, and I must say that this is the perfect service to relieve your eyes. First, you lie down on a table. Jamie creates a doughnut and puts this over one of your eyes. She then pours oil or some kind of warm liquid into the doughnut. It’s a little intimidating when she tells you to open your eyes, because you know the liquid is there. But once you do, the warm liquid feels very nice! Jamie then uses her fingers to gently massage dirt and old mucous from the tear ducts. She then repeats the same thing with the other eye. Once she’s done, Jamie will show you all the junk that was in your eyes that she was able to get out (it’ll surprise you!) I also got an upper back and shoulder massage, which was great while I was relaxed on the table. After the eye neti, I felt my tear ducts were unplugged and I slept so well for the rest of the week!

I have received several sessions from Jamie Leigh and I can absolutely say that the session I received was one of the best I’ve ever had!
As a bodyworker myself, I love to try different things and Jamie’s style of massage doesn’t disappoint.
If you’ve never experienced Jamie’s awesome bodywork, you owe it to yourself to try it out. Jamie is professional, friendly and warm… good stuff!!!
