Hino Brothers Hair & Wig Salon

I got out of an appointment in the building (Century Center) and was wandering around. Randomly walked into this place. I was greeted by the owner, Gordon. They sell wigs and offer salon services-​for the wigs I assume??? I saw that they have a small selection of hair care products. I saw that they had Paul Mitchell and asked Gordon if they carried the Wild Ginger line. He said they didn’t have it there but he could call the Ala Moana location to see if they had it and have it sent to his location. He said it would be 20% off at his location. Cool!
I wasn’t sure when I could come back to get it but I called back a few hours later to tell him that I wanted my product sent there to get the discount. He told me that if it was more convenient for me to go to Ala Moana then I could wait for the sidewalk sale when the product would be on sale. Yay!
So, thanks to Gordon for being so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile even though I didn’t even purchase anything yet. A+++ for customer service.
*Just a side note* The charge for parking in that building is atrocious.
$ 3 per ½ and hour. Not sure if his business validates or offers a parking pass. Find out before you go.
