Visiting from Phoenix, and found this provider… I can’t say enough about very convenient location, professionalism, and world– class therapy. I get the theraputic massages all over the country, and am extremely knowledgeable about all the different disciplines of therapy. I would have to rank Ivana’s work in the top 10 that I have experienced in all of my years of receiving body work. She is intuitive, the natural, and extremely proficient at body mechanics. If I could import her to Phoenix Arizona to be my regular therapist, I would!

I can’t remember the gal’s name, but she gave me a pretty good massage. The place was fairly nice, too.

Treated ourselves to a couples massage for the holiday. It was easy to get an appointment, open 7 days a week. The place is directly across the street from sports authority. Free parking across the street by the big red building. We arrived early because there’s always paperwork to fill out. But not this time. In fact, there was not a consultation. Which I found bizarre. I believe I had the owner and my husband with her husband. The massage was interesting and a different style and technique. She is a small girl but quite strong. She just jumps in there and starts working with what she thinks you need. Without me ever telling her she knew right where to work. After, I was a little sore but it was exactly what I needed. The room was kinda bright but they put a cover over your eyes. The noise from the street was a tad distracting but not overwhelming. Overall, enjoyed the 90 min massage with a foot and face scrub. They also offer apprentice massage for only $ 30.

Not a good experience. We arrived half an hour early to our appointment just in case there were any forms we had to fill out. We had a groupon for a 90 minute couples massage with 10 minute facial and 5 minute foot scrub. We didn’t fill out any forms to say maybe what areas we want to focused on or where we don’t want them to touch. or if we have any medical conditions. They did not introduce themselves when we went into the room. When we got into the room it wasn’t until we were underneath the covers that they asked what areas we want them to focus on or if there are any injuries they should know about. The massage was mediocre and seemed as if it was more focused on my rear than anything else. The 90 minute massage was not separated from the 5 minute foot scrub or facial which makes me wonder if the massage was really even 90 minutes. They did not tell us what they were using on us which I felt was not good because we could have easily had a bad reaction to it. After the massage we had to pay a fee for using Groupon. Overall not a very good experience.

In all honesty, I think I am a masseuse’s worst nightmare… My muscles are always tight and over the years of just living they have formed perfect colonies of knots. Some areas have flourished, while others well… not so much. Every so often my Uncle visits and on those visits he and I will find a place to get a massage. On this visit, I was going through Groupon to see who was advertising and I came across the offer from Hawaii Natural Therapy. As I looked them up on Unilocal!and read through the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised and decided to give them a call and schedule the appointment. Considering it is the holiday season and close to Christmas, I thought I’d have some difficulties getting a 90-​min appointment for two. I had submitted an appointment form online and about 10-​min later I thought maybe it was best to call, considering it was a rush book (within 2-​days).
I called, no answer — maybe busy or not open yet. A few minutes later I get a call back and asked for me by name (I realized they already read my appointment form request — I am in AWE, these little things make me happy).
I was able to book my appointments and get additional information — so pleasant. The day before the appointment, I get a reminder call (Nice customer service. Believe it or not, there are many others out there that do not do this).
On the day of the appointment, we were able to get started on our massage within 5-​min from arriving — No problems. Yep, again… believe it or not, other places that I’ve been to had scheduling issues and the therapists did not know either that we were coming in and/​or how long our massages were scheduled for. Hence, I go back to having a reminder of the appointment call is nice customer service.
Now with all of the administrative stuff out of the way, we can now get to the good stuff… I generally enjoy deep tissue, the kind that make you feel like you’ve got run over by a semi several times kind of massage — You know to plow through those colonies of knots. But Thomas (LMT) did what seemed like a mixture of deep tissue and lomi lomi massage types. I felt relaxed and my muscles felt worked on not battered or over-​worked. Today (next day) my muscles still feel a depth of gratitude and I’m still feel very relaxed from that really really great 90-​min massage.
I — SOOOOO — RECOMMEND — GOING!
Now I know what to get my friend for her upcoming birthday… yay! Bonus for me too LOL!

I used a Groupon for a couple’s massage for myself and my fiancé. We had a very easy experience booking the massage, and I recommend to anyone who is particular to specify the preferred gender of your massage therapist. They have both. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
These were not «relax and fall asleep on the table» massages. No. These were «we’re making your muscles our b*tch» massages. I had a male therapist, and he was very respectful and polite. My fiancé had a female, but we did have to request one at the time of booking. They were both fantastic!
I give this place only 4 stars because I didn’t think the atmosphere was the most relaxing. There was calming music, but there was also a noisy air conditioner unit. It was also quite bright in the room because of the windows. Not bad, just not ideal for an ideal relaxing experience.

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience and would definitely recommend everyone check it out. My husband and I made appointments for 90min massages but had a hard time finding parking, causing us to run about 30min late. The staff, however, were so accommodating and did not hold any kind of negativity towards us. Because of that we were able to fully relax and really enjoy our massages which were both PERFECT! On top of that, when it came time to pay and I was informed that they would only be charging for 60min instead of the scheduled 90min! I was completely blown away by the honesty and integrity they showed us! Thanks for helping to make our first anniversary a special one!

I took advantage of a Groupon for this place. I have never been here before. Did my appointment request via their website. It was easy and quick. Within a day I received a confirmation email concerning my appointment. Truly appreciated the courtesy call from the staff informing me that I was given an appointment with a masseur (male). Though I did not care one way or another, I appreciated their efforts in providing me with a courtesy call to make adjustments as necessary. The day of the appointment, the lady at the front desk was very friendly. She informed me that traffic had made some staff members late but my wait time should not be long. It wasn’t more than 10 minutes! :) My massage was great! The masseur was very respectful of my dignity, concerned with my problems (relaxing, muscle tension, soreness, etc) and provided a great massage! Definitely will return.

Such great Therapists! Great for couples too! The Queen’s package is 90 minutes of wonderful bliss!

This place has the appearance of the run of the mill «let’s play new age music, look at crystals and gain balance thru holistic thoughts and, of course, massage» establishment now found on street corners and basements all over the world.
But, there is something more going on here.
The massage strategies employed are an effective combination of sports medicine, alternative holistic therapies and a variety of traditional massage techniques. I’ve been twice and both times the experience was eclectic and effective, if not particularly relaxing, but I’m pretty sure if I asked for the Zen not therapeutic experience they could accommodate.
Other positives:
The treatment rooms are very private and sound does not travel through the walls like at many such establishments.
There is plenty of parking across the street at the shopping center where you can also get recommended bottles water from one of several locations there.
The staff is seemingly multi-​cultural/​ethnic, and the vibe is very «all are welcome here.»
The rates are reasonable and include apprentice rates well below what seems to equate to about $ 1 a minute + tax costs of the professional service.
They accept insurance.
The app and website are well done.
The art work displayed around the office is mostly the creation of the owner’s son, Jaro, but it’s really really good and a logical part of the ambiance, which, it turns out, is very surf and sea cool.
it will be interesting to see how this place evolves in the next couple years; it’s a new shop with lots of creative ideas — the right choices could make something very good very great.

Excellent massages, excellent service and friendly staff. If you don’t experience it, you’ll be missing out!

I don’t go for massages because I hate pain but my wife and I were given a free certificate and nothing is better than free. My wife had Ivana and I had this skinny Korean lady whom I didn’t think could do any damage. She massaged the hell out of me but I felt incredibly good after. No bruising no lingering pain from the massage. My wife said it was the best she had in a while. Do it to me one more time baby!

I received a massage from Ivana when I first moved to Hawaii three years ago, and I’ve been her regular client ever since (and I’m very picky so that says a lot). Ivana is attentive warm and very experienced. Her technique (a combination of different modalities) is highly developed and is able to relieve soreness, and relax at the same time. She really has a magic touch! Her love for essential oils also integrates into the joy of her massage experience, a real joy to the senses! Her clinic is very nice too, a bright yet relaxing aqua/​nature themed space with wonderful wave pictures photographed by her son. Overall this place is highly recommended and you will get a pampering and healing massage all with great value for your money, look nowhere else!

No frills massage clinic that delivers what it states. Great massages – especially the deep tissue/​sports massage. They will really give you a good stretch/​work out.

I really enjoyed getting a massage at the place. The people, customer service and overall experience was exceptional. I’m recommending getting a massage at Hawaii Natural Therapy Clinic. I got it as a gift and I think it was a great idea.

My husband got the amazon group for a 90 minute massage (full body, facial, foot scrub) and it was wonderful!!! My first spa ever!!!

The sign said, «Best Massage in Honolulu». They’re 100% correct.
My boyfriend and I went in for a massage for my birthday. I got an hour massage with 30 minutes of foot reflexology and he got a 90 minute massage. We booked the massage together and we were under the impression that we would be in the same room together, to our surprise we were separated, none the less, we were both very impressed by our experiences.
I was completely comfortable during my whole experience. The massage therapist was very professional and never asked me to do anything that made me uncomfortable.
The massage was extremely relaxing, I feel like I can’t remember the massage as I was drifting in and out, yeah that relaxing.
We both agreed this was the best massage we’ve ever had. We were really impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere we are planning our next appointment.

I got a massage from Groupon and it was great! The only downfall was the room setting which I felt was too bright and the traffic noises outside was somewhat distracting to the whole «massage experience».

I have been to a few different places to get massages, and so far this has been the BEST. It was simple to make an appointment over the phone, however, I ended up getting massaged by Ivana, when I was scheduled with someone else. I believe this to be a blessing in disguise because she is an amazing therapist. She has very strong hands, but also uses her elbows, feet, and knees when needed. I got the mix of the sports deep tissue massage and Thai stye massage. There were times when it was a bit painful, but she was always willing to back off it needed. I like it when the massage goes down deep, in the end it will make you feel better. I came here because I just started working out hard again. The massage was for the full 90 minutes, many of the other places cut the massage short.
The reception area and rooms are very clean and comfortable. We chatted a little in the beginning, but she encourage me to meditate and relax so the massage would be more effective. I have been hurt for a while, so my recent workouts have made by body feel bruised and battered. In the end I didn’t want to leave the room; my body was so relaxed that I could have fallen asleep right then and there. I enjoyed the experience so much that I bought 2 more packages right after my session. It was and will be money well spent.

Wow, wow, and wow! What a great find this place is! The massage therapist I had, Tiffany, was outstanding and I hope she stays a long time because I’m going back soon. The rooms are nice enough and comfortable. They also run a few specials, some for Unilocalers, so that will save you some $$$. This place is a real good value and that’s what I like about it.
