Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology

After a long day of doctor hopping on 1÷16÷15 *ahem* let me rewind and tell you a story. This story begins having see the Primary Care Physician (PCP) at Kuakini Medical Plaza at 10am. Got a referral to see the specialist at 1:30pm at Pali Momi. Specialist ordered an MRI at Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology located at St. Francis Medical Center in Liliha. The appointment for MRI was scheduled at 5pm. Parked in the structure having lunch (around 2:30pm) decided if we could chance it but calling to see if they was any cancellations so we could end this day sooner. Too bad, I didn’t quite get the name of the representative… She told us to go ahead into the office and that she’ll call to see if they could squeeze us in. Mind you, our appointment was scheduled for 5pm. Was greeted by Kim at the front, explained that I called earlier and spoke to someone regarding the appointment. Give us the paperwork and about half hour to 45 minutes later, was having the MRI. Got out at 4pm! Yay!
Kudos to Kim, the representative at the call center, and the rest of Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology for taking us way ahead of schedule. You guys really made our day! Being from Waianae, we didn’t want to be out in town so late especially with all the traffic. We can’t thank you guys enough! Highly recommend you guys
