Tony is always friendly and attentive, even when busy, he does his utmost to give each customer service. I go to his store a whole lot and it is always the same. Great store, awesome owner/​service. If Tony doesn’t have something you are looking for, he will find it for you. Two thumbs up for the Gun Source and five stars for Tony!

I’ve bought and sold a few guns through Gun Source over the years, and never had a problem. Tony is very straight up, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. He’ll never leave you hanging, and will always greet you when you walk in. Great customer service. They have a good inventory of firearms and accessories on hand. I’ve never left the store in a bad mood!

this place is really close to my house. some parking, haven’t had trouble with that yet.
the owner is really cool. I like that! I have been in many gun shops in Hawaii and the mainland. some are really cool and some can be really snobby places.

Came in to look for a holster. Tom is really nice and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions. Really worth stopping in and checking it out.

Went here during the past gun control panic around January. There were quite a few AR15s. A couple PWS and an entry level Bushmaster AR. Tried to sell me the bushmaster for $ 2300. I can maybe understand $ 400 mark up which some shops were doing, but a $ 1200 mark up. Sorry, maybe if it was Noveske, BCM, or Larue.

prices Kinna high, but worth the trip to a friendly owner and professional. this guy is honest and knowledgeable. kudos to TOny! will buy from again and again.

Just went in to check things out, and well you know how that goes… Was looking for a new side arm, and got interested in AR so what’s the difference between a Gas Piston AR or Direct Impingement AR well didn’t know the difference myself to be honest LoL but learned a lot in a short amount of time from Tony.
Besides, that was able to take a long look at the side arms from various manufactures that he had in stock. Guns seem to be flying off the shelves since this is an election year so what’s one supposed to do with the higher prices of units and ammo???
Have to admit Tony takes the pride in his shop very clean organized and friendly service to say the least not like other place I won’t mention. Wait can be long if very busy but Tony takes the time with each and every Customer and talk to you like you are «Good» Friend.
I definitely will be back soon…

This one is gonna be short and sweet. Sometimes that’s best for great shops like this. Every time I’ve gone here the owner has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Would you look at that, pretty much what every other review has said, that’s cool. He’s very knowledgeable and always took time to answer my questions, never made me feel foolish for asking newbie questions. Gotta appreciate that.
The parking lot is a little small, but there’s street parking in the surrounding area.
A while back I took a few girl friends of mine here to pick up peppers spray and tactical flashlights for them. Tony helped us out, showing us a few different options and explaining how and when they should be used. They walked out that day, equipped. Mission accomplished.

Great prices, great selection in a clean showroom.
Just purchased an HK P30L from Tony. He was pretty patient as I visited his shop about 6 times before finally finding the right firearm.

The owner, Tony, is very helpful. He has a strong sales pitch toward the PWS, but it is a very good product, and he has it at a good price. I prefer Tony to the other gun shops on O’ahu, although his ammo is a little on the pricey side. He is always willing to bargain. A+ service.

This is a really great shop. Good selection of firearms and the customer service is awesome. The owner is very friendly. He does have a good sales pitch regarding some firearms and steered me to a cheaper and better gun (providing his reasons why and those of others). I’ve purchased 2 guns from here and do not regret it.
The only thing negative is the prices. They aren’t too high, just don’t expect a really good deal.

Purchased a banana mag for my .22 from here. It was more expensive than the ones I saw at Sports, but it was much better quality. Recently, I was looking for snap caps, but Security Equipment was was sold out, so I decided to stop by Gun Source again. He sells metal ones, not the plastic ones. The owner is really friendly and he answers all of your questions.
I was originally into rifles, but I recently got into pistols. I’m really new to the sport and I like that the owner actually takes the time to talk to you and teach you things. He doesn’t give any attitude and isn’t sarcastic at all. So far, customer service has remained consistent.
It’s a small shop, but if you live in town, I recommend checking it out!

Cool guy! Very knowledgable! Return policy sucks! I bought a side saddle for my shotgun and didnt want it! He said there was a 30 day return policy on the receipt! I said there’s nothing printed on the receipt then he tells me «oh I just changed the receipt format»! I called 3 days after the 30 day return policy! I told him I would purchase a firearm if he takes the full refund of the saddle! He wanted only half of the saddle cost! Never called and never went back!

Nice small shop. Usually has most accessories for AR-​15 in stock. No pressure to buy. You can talk story with the owner and ask any questions you may have and he’s happy to help.
