These are some specific concerns but not limited to this
1. I was asked why is my mother in law 100% owner; and nature of her investment in my company & Murray overall tone & abuse asking those questions
2. Decision making process of my Mother in law within my business and LLC structure
3. His tone about myself living in an apartment
4. Asking why within my business model «why do I charge my clients on a monthly basis ?»
5. Asking the same questions about my business models over and over again without building a foundation for the question from a «risk management» standpoint.
Alex refused to talk to my client who is a multi-​millionaire to approve the transaction.
Also Alex would not take the approval form I provided.
