The company’s benefits are great and the General Manager is a great man. My Site supervisor was an awesome and fair boss but my project manager was unfair and unprofessional. I have never worked anywhere family members would work together and be in the loop of things before my supervisor. I have also never worked with a manager who would not follow their guidelines as a manager for certain people because they were friends with them.
I do not believe in family members working together where one is the manager of another because I know for sure that unfair treatment and favoritism will always be in the work environment.

Awesome place to work and staff is knowledgable can ask for anything more that and training and professionalism on point.

First of all, despite what google map tells you, this place is NOT in the airport trade center.
If you’re on Paiea Street, you turn into the small semi-​dirt gravel road right by Kokua in Kind, and proceed about 100 feet past rows of cars and what looks like warehouses, and you’ll see the white G4S sign on your left.
The parking here is a little confusing. Most of the stalls on the right are reserved and the stalls to the left were double parked and appeared to company cars… My husband just parked in a reserved space and I jumped out thinking my appointment would only be about 5 minutes.
I approached the front desk window, which was almost entirely behind a glass protective shield… so I had to bend at an weird angle so my voice would carry under the opening… awkward!
My appointment was at 1:00pm and I was told to have a seat (in their tiny waiting corner with 4 chairs in an «L» shape) and get my documents ready.
I waited… and waited…15 minutes in, I walked back up to the window and asked how much longer it would be, but he assured me, I would be helped any minute now…
10 minutes later, someone finally came out (for another reason) and as he passed by me, he asked if someone had helped me. I informed him about my 1:00 appointment, and he whisked away to the back to retrieve someone. About 5 minutes later, he and another man emerged and I could hear him explaining the process and making sure he remembered to log out (yes, please do!).
Everything is digital here. No annoying ink on your fingers that won’t wash off. Your prints are scanned in:
step one: four fingers on your right hand
step two: thumb on your right hand
step three: four fingers on your left hand
step four: thumb on your left hand
then each individual finger (roll both ways)
and that’s it! Easy peasy!
Just remember:
–Unlike other fingerprinting services around Honolulu, you’re able to register, book and reschedule appointments online
–Remember to print out your receipt that contains your barcode and bring your ID
