My friend and I stopped by and tried the Spicy Ahi poke bowl. It had a fishy taste. Once we got back to work — we both had upset stomach. Yikes, staying away from that place.

Ususally come here when in sand island! Love that they have inside seating away from the recycling trash! When they have i always get Lomi Oi’o its super delish. Just like my grandmas. I usually love fresh catch’s ahi katsu but the last time i got it from here it was super dry and not flavorful so i decided to stick with the fish and chips and the salmon. Always super moist and good. They also have very good dried aku.

I am so grateful of the universe to put such good food at the end of Sand Island Parkway, which is awesome — because it’s within walking distance from work. Their menu includes local plate lunches and fresh poke! Some of my favorites are Pasetele Fries, Seared Ahi and any of their poke selections. The owner and his employees are super friendly, too! They have an outdoor eating area on benches, but they also have an air conditioned room to host meetings and eat lunch as a group. They don’t have a set parking area, but a few cars can fit on the side. Happy eating!
