If u want pressure don’t go here. The owner starts her massage sitting down and it’s like being rubbed. I also bought a groupon then the owner charged me tax on top of that. worst massage in the world. I’m a massage therapist and I can say I would never pay 60 dollars for that massage.

Fabulous massage! Owner is warm and inviting and makes you feel relaxed and «safe». The massage itself was wonderful and she made it a point to make sure the pressure was just right. She knew exactly where my muscles were tight and paid extra attention to those areas.
The atmosphere was very peaceful. It’s in her home, and pretty far up St. Louis Heights– you could definitely get lost trying to find it. But her home is beautiful and the massage room is very professional, clean, and relaxing.
Making an appointment was not as easy as if you were calling a salon or spa, as there is no receptionist. So keep in mind it might be like calling a «friend» and leaving messages until you can both connect. Not a problem at all for me.
I really appreciate that the owner helped to accomodate my close to expiring Groupon. It was my fault for procrastinating but she was able to fit me in the day before expiration.
I am looking forward to bringing my daughter in too, as she is a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist.

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten in Hawaii. I bought a couple’s massage from groupon and I definitely will be back if the offer comes again. It was definitely an enjoyable and relaxing place. It is up St. Louis Heights, completely almost missed the house other than seeing their cute caterpillar logo on their car. This house had an amazing view of Honolulu and a beautiful interior. Both of them made sure we were comfortable & made sure to ask if the pressure was ok or not (which I think is important). I loved my experience.

Avoid this merchant at all costs! I had a groupon for this place and I made an appointment with the merchant in late June for a Monday in August. On the Thursday before my appointment I receive a missed call while I am at work and then a text message from the merchant saying that Monday would no longer work and that she had moved my appointment to Saturday without my approval. I called back the next day to let her know that I could not do Saturday and needed a weekday morning and she let me know that her first available for that was nearly 2 months later. I let the merchant know that would not work as I would have already left for school and would no longer be in Hawaii, and that is why I made my appointment over a month in advanced, but told her that any weekday in the next month would be okay. She said there is nothing she can do and has stopped returning my phone calls. I had to go through groupon just to get my money back! Worst customer service ever!

I just happened upon this place when I found a promotion online… and it’s a good thing I followed up! Zorka has over 40 years of massage experience (though she must’ve started when she was a teenager!), plus a background in nursing… and it definitely shows! She combines about five different styles of massage into one fluid hour, and by the time you walk out, your body and mind are completely refreshed… and the next day it’s even BETTER!
I was having excruciating lower back pain for about two weeks – which my doctor told me was NOT muscular in nature – but I figured I’d try massage, since I’d already tried everything else, and the pain really couldn’t have gotten much worse. It’s been a few years since I had a professional massage, but I used to get them on a bi-​weekly basis for years (when I was much more physically active), so I’ve had my fair share of great massages, horrible massages, and everything in between.
Zorka did an excellent job of talking to me beforehand and allowing me to fill out a form regarding any medical conditions or medications that she should be aware of. She gave me the right amount of time to change and get situated before the massage, and her draping technique and bedside manner were excellent. She did not talk at all during the massage – which I definitely prefer – but she’s a very good conversationalist, so I would assume that she can talk during the massage, if that’s what you prefer. Her choice of music and scents were very calming – not invasive – and by the time she was done I not only felt completely RELAXED, but totally refreshed!
After my first massage, we spent a good amount of time talking about what I should do to make the most of the massage treatment, etc… I had a lot of questions. She also has shower facilities that are beautiful and immacuately clean, although I didn’t use them (it’s just me; I prefer to shower at home so I can fall straight to sleep), AND she does house-​calls. If I had any space to fit a massage table at my house, I’d definitely opt for that!
Overall, I’d rate Zorka as one of the top 2 or 3 massage therapists that I’ve ever been to… in my life! And that includes the 4 or 5 hotel spas that I’ve been to! Not only does she have all the most important things covered, but there were a lot of extra little touches that were great… and had me back for my 2^nd massage less than 2 weeks later!
