Fastsigns

Working with the team at FASTSIGNS of Honolulu was simple and swift. They handled my demanding timeline and content with ease. I’d happily work with their team again on my printing needs in Hawaii. A special shout out to the wonderful Jenna Wu who was very accommodating.

If I were to use just one sentence to review Fastsigns on Nimitz Highway, it would be: They live up to their name.
I’ve used Fastsigns for multiple work projects and have mainly ordered banners and vehicle magnets. At my company, we usually make quick decisions and deals and when we want to run with something, we do it fairly quickly so thankfully, Fastsigns turns our projects around quickly without a fuss.
Lino has helped me a lot and most recently, Jenna has been assisting me with our orders. They respond to my emails right away and are really helpful and friendly. Their customer service is so excellent that I’ve actually had to go in to pick up my signs less times than I’ve ordered from them. A few times, the signs have had to go to our counterparts or other locations on the neighbor islands and all I do is ask them to ship them over and voila-it’s done.
Some of their items are pricey but when you order multiple items, they lower the price of the same product. Besides the speed of their ordering process, I love how detailed and precise they are. Each time I order something, they send a quote and they also provide an electronic proof of the sign. You are then asked to review it and either accept it and have them proceed with the order or you can request changes until they get it right. They make it so simple to do business with them and that’s why I will continue to go to Fastsigns for all of my business and personal signs.

Great customer service. They were very up front and honest with me on my order request providing valid and accurate information allowing me to make the best decision for my project. I will be a return customer.

We went in to order some magnetic decals for our work vans. The woman at the counter was very helpful laying out our design and loved playing with our golden retriever and chihuahua. She emailed us a proof and I made a small correction and approved the design. We got a call a couple of days later that the decals were ready to pick up. We went back in (sans doggies) and the same woman was at the counter. She remembered our dogs and was sad that we didn’t have them. We were very happy with our signs. We will be back!

Excellent customer service from Jenna! I work at the new Bloomingdale’s store and our vinyl cutter has not arrived but we needed a logo decal for our hiring center. Jenna was able to get a rush on my order and they produced the decal in less than two hours. I am so glad to see places like Fast Signs that can still accommodate their client’s needs right away. I use Fast Signs on the mainland and I am happy to see that the Honolulu location is as friendly and professional.

The signs I ordered were on time and they looked AWESOME! Very professional staff. If you are looking for a place to have your signs or banners doe… then this IS the place!!!

Terrible for business cards. They spelled my name wrong and wouldn’t give me my money back. Didn’t even say sorry. What a bunch of idiots.

Excellent. My new go-​to print and design team! They did our business A-​frames so I went back for a project that required fairly complicated design work, plus printing and I was really impressed. Lino has always been my contact. They executed the project perfectly, on time, with great customer service and at some of the lowest prices available.

So my baby brother text me a couple of days ago worried that he won’t have a sign for his high school graduation… tonight. You know the Hawaii High School Lei Giving «Here i Am» sign I’m talking about. Anyway I work full-​time and go to school full-time…and 48 hours is not nearly as much notice as I need. So I contact costco, FedEx, Sam’s Club… any place I can think of where they print on poster board. The only problem? They can have it to me in 3 – 9 DAYS. So here we are Friday morning, I’m tired, out of options, and need to deliver for my baby brother’s graduation tonight. Just before I resign to blank poster board, sharpies, glue, and pasted photographs I turn to google and find these guys: FastSigns. I called and explained my situation, Lino gives me a quote, explains how the process works, tells me to email him a picture, my brother’s name, and the colors of his high school. An hour later he emails me a digital proof that I can view and approve online. Satisfied I approve and receive an invoice in my email. A couple hours after that another email: my order is ready for pick-​up! The product was FAST, the service HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, and FRIENDLY, and the timing? Just in the nick of time!!! Thank you so much. I’ll be back!

These guys are faster than fast. They should consider changing their name to SuperFastSigns or UberFastSignPeople or something. Or maybe just keep it simple and sweet with what they have now in order to not confuse anyone. Yeah, I guess that’s the best bet.
I’m happy to report that not only is the product awesome, but the people are too. I’m big on customer service and these guys delivered — no complaints (for once, eh?!). I’ll be doing business with FastSigns in the future for sure.
I loOoOove me some choices, and FastSigns has it all! Magnets for your car, signs for realtors, shipping services, graphic design services, posters for the politicians out there, vinyl banners, direct mail stuff, stuff for sports teams, promotional products… phew, I’m outta breath! What DON’T they have, you ask? I’m really not sure. But I bet they don’t sell cheeseburgers.
Parking is decent so I don’t dread trying to find a parking space. Easy location right along Nimitz Highway — same area as Sensually Yours. Yeah, you know where Sensually Yours is, right? C’mon, admit it. Of course you know where it is, we all do.
Finally, FastSigns scores with its 10% off check-​in offer. Yes, I do appreciate quality, prompt service and affordable products and good parking, but the check-​in offer is the icing on the cake, the cherry on the sundae! Oh my gosh, I’m getting hungry. Too bad they don’t sell cheeseburgers. :)
