Oh my gosh I don’t know where to start. My two daughters 11 & 3 absolutely love Dr. Bordner! She is such a knowledgeable and approachable dentist. Kids are a great judge of character and it’s obvious she’s great with children.
The office is clean and equipped with fun toys and reading material. Staff is always on it and super nice. We don’t plan on switching dentist ever… well maybe when my girls are too old and have to switch .
My keiki are cavity free so we haven’t required work other than the normal check ups, but again such an awesome experience. Come on when do kids beg to go to their dentist? Lol, overall fantastic experience all around!

Dr. Bordner and staff are top notch!!! Their knowledge and personal touch makes my boys want to go to the dentist every time we go to Manoa market place. My boys have had routine and emergency dental work completed at the office quickly and painlessly. I suggest Dr. Bordner for every child!

All my children look forward to going to the dentist. Very child friendly, and professional staff. The Dental Assistants are great, and also child and parent friendly. I appreciate Dr. Bordner, because I feel her heart is in the right place, and she is trustworthy. My son had an accident where half of his tooth was chipped off. I considered going to the ER because I was panicking, but I called Dr. Bordner on her emergency phone first. It was Sunday, but she called back immediately. She did an assessment of the situation, and took time to explain, and reassure me, then made an appointment for a few days later when the nerve of his tooth would quell some. To make a longer story shorter, they were able to reconstruct the tooth, and you would never know anything happened in the first place. Five star facility and people all the way.

So glad to have found Dr. Bordner upon recommendation from a friend. My kids have been going to her for about 3 years now and in the beginning my kids were both screamers. Dr. Bordner and her staff were extremely patient, kind and compassionate toward both of them and even let them sit in a chair together for support!
Dr. Bordner is very thorough but fast, and allows me to ask whatever question I may have, no matter how silly or small it may be. She gives great tips on how to floss the little ones’ teeth and at one time helped me feel better when I had a near major disaster with a fluoride mistake I was doing for about a year with my daughter in giving her the wrong dose! Dr. Bordner put my mind at ease and did not judge me or make me feel bad about my mistake. She even calls herself «aunty» to my kids which make them feel much more comfortable… she is humble and very down to earth.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone with kids who are skiddish about doctors and dentists — her whole staff are great with kids and her office is really clean and fun.

My kids had a great «dentist» visit! Pu’uwai went for the first time ~ she was at ease and happy little camper. Po’okela is excited to go back for his next visit! Wow!!!

They only take new patients once a year in September, so basically a waste of time if you want your kid to be seen anytime soon.

Dr. Bordner is amazing! My kids love her.
If only I could have had her when I was a kid.
Perhaps then I wouldn’t be afraid of going to the dentist as an adult.

We went to Dr. Bordner after a recommendation from a colleague. Not only is she professional, but she was able to see both my sons, a 2 ½ year old and a 1 year old. She checked their teeth, cleaned their teeth, and gave us some great tips about good pediatric dental health.
Her staff is outstanding. The offices are welcoming and my son can’t wait to go back. Imagine that… a kid that wants to go to the dentist… sounds like Dr. Bordner did an excellent job. We have been recommending her to all of our friends.

Her office is clean and very kid friendly. The rooms are themed and each have a TV for the kids to watch while they get their teeth cleaned. Emily is really patient and her tone of voice is very welcoming. She’s a keeper!

My 10 year old is THRILLED when she has a dentist appointment! Very different than «back in the day» when we all dreaded the dentist! Hooray for Dr Bordner!

Dr Emily always takes very good care of the kids teeth. Little to no wait with appointment and no hassles. Easy as 123. There are tv’s above the operating chairs to keep the kids busy.
