We had started with quotes from other customization promo retail sites, with plan to order 70+ polo shirts, and then embroid them with our company logo. Outstanding customer service and quality of products. I’ve ordered t-​shirts from them for an event that I run for the past couple of years. I have not been disappointed. Mary was great to work with and the results were phenomenal! Very helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. Mary and her staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help me out and to make sure that we get exactly what we want and need.
Added bonus… this past year I was joking that I wished I could get our t-​shirt design made in a size for my 14-​month old daughter. Mary took our design, shrunk it down and made the cutest t-​shirt ever for my daughter at no additional charge!

I would give 0 stars if I could. These are the reasons why…
. Poor customer service: they told me that they could make a patch for me and would send me a sample (via email) and didn’t. Took my item In ²⁄₂₅ and didn’t get an email or anything until ¾. Called them and they said that they were going to call me back and they didn’t. I left 3 voice message and they still didn’t call me back. I finally called and the owner answered and told me they couldn’t make my patch. Why couldn’t they call me sooner? They waited all this time to let me know that they couldn’t make a patch? Then she said she was going to email me samples of patches and didn’t even send anything. I emailed her and she didn’t email me back. I finally called today because I’m just fed up with their poor customer service. She didn’t even feel bad that I had to down back and grab my item. I mentioned that I emailed and called multiple times and she said she emailed me, which is a lie because I didn’t get an email. Anyways, very poor customer service.
— Sara did send me away instead of offering me other alternative. I did not appreciate the way she handle the situation.

EmbroidMe can create just about anything. I had them make me some patches as awards. They have excellent craftsmanship, and are reliable.

Sarah and her team at EmbroidMe are AWESOME. She was so friendly and extremely helpful when I wanted to try a new technique to embroider our cheerleading uniforms. I brought her the idea and she did all the research on how to get it done. They were really fast and the uniforms looked awesome. Outstanding customer service and support. Mary embroidered a golf bag pocket with a custom .png and did it in a very minimal amount of time. Anytime I have a project that needs embroidery, this is the first and ONLY service I use in Oahu. They are amazing and willing to take on the tough projects.

Great selection of guide-​ons, streamers, banners, or any other type of custom military embroidery. Their service is fast and they are extremely responsive, which is so nice to see on the island. They can custom embroider custom colors, guide-​ons or any other type of work. They offer non-​military custom products as well, like for a local club sports teams.
EmbroidMe may be a franchise, but this location is family-​owned by Oahu locals.

Aloha Unilocalers! I was introduced to Mary and her team at EmbroideMe Honolulu a couple of years ago when I needed some nice shirts with my business logo on them. Since then I’ve gone back many times for repeat business. THEY DELIVER EVERY TIME!
What I know about this family run operation is that they’re serious about their products, customer service, and their business as a whole. The owners are both retired military. Believe me when I say they run a tight ship at EmbroidMe! Go Navy! :-)

Beyond satisfied with the embroidery work I had done here! Family-​owned business with warm-​hearted people who go above-​and-​beyond to ensure you are happy customer. Their average time for a project is 10 – 15 business days, but they will gladly «rush» your order (for a small fee). I only had two backpacks, so I was fortunate enough to have them done in a week. (The bags I had embroidered are gifts, so I will post pictures of the finished products soon after they are opened.) Again, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the kind family who owns and operates this high-​quality business! «Support Local!!»

I dealt with every staff member and they were all friendly and helpful in making sure I chose the right fabrics for the printing job I needed. I got a call when the order was ready, and everything looked great. I would use them again!

Took some sweat bands in for embroidering to help serve as inspiration as my workouts get tougher and tougher… it’s kind a portagee thing to do I know, but whatever works. At least I didn’t get From Big Island or some such.
The service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. parking is easy in the goldbond building. Be careful because they’re working on what looks like window wall installation. I asked the workers if they sing «window wall» to the tune of Oasis’ «wonderwall» while installing the window walls… they looked at me funny and said no. Oh well, maybe now they will since the idea has been incepted…
The embroidery had a good thread count or however you judge these things – looked tight and solid. There were lots of thread colors to choose from and I opted for a bright yellow that really popped… Super nice people, good product. can’t go wrong. Get your custom embroidery done here!
