A cute little boutique located at Ward Warehouse by the food court side.
I love coming here for their dresses, the hourglass lilly brand in particular. The styles are something you can pretty much wear anywhere. to work, parties, etc. They have variety of nice tops, rompers & bottoms as well. They also have cute home & office accessories, such as stationery, cups, greetings cards, displays & different knick knacks. They carry Cinch obi belts that go well with most of their dresses, which they have available inside the dressing rooms for you to try. I thought that’s a really clever way to advertise the belts as they’ll most likely complement most the dresses that you’ll try on, not much choice to resist on buying them too.
The staff are very friendly & helpful. They let you know about their new items & items on sale. They definitely make sure that you’re taken care of & you’ll never feel pressured to purchase anything (though I never left this store without buying anything even if I tried).
Prices are on the pricey side but they always have sale and/​or promotions. You just have to know when to go if you’re on a tight budget :) You can order from their website & pick up from their store. But be advised that their sale items are final.

Went in yesterday for the first time. Very cute boutique! I did not get anything yesterday (I am very picky when it comes to cloth/​accessory), but will definitely come back to check their items! The best part, the customer services = awesome! Very friendly stuff who want to help! :)

This review is coming a couple weeks late, but after having experienced extremely poor customer service from Soha Living in Kahala mall, I feel the employees at Eden deserve a shout out.
I bought a maxi dress online and picked it up in store from Eden In Love. Unfortunately when I got home, I noticed a hole in the back bottom seam. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone remembered me and apologized numerous times. She took my phone number down and said the person in charge of their e-​commerce would get back to be within the hour. Sure enough, I received a phone call about 20 minutes later and another apology. I was told there would be another dress waiting for me in the store to exchange. At my convenience I went back to the store to do my exchange and both girls at the register sincerely apologized again. Eden in Love obviously knows what customer service and Aloha are. Even if they didn’t have a ridiculous amount of cute home décor, clothes, and accessories, those genuinely kind and friendly employees would keep me coming back. Mahalo Eden in Love.
Ps– by the way this dress was listed as final sale on their website and I was never once told they were doing me a favor or exception by exchanging it for me. Take notes Soha.

When looking for cute & stylish clothes for work, this is definitely the place to be!
I just recently re-​discovered this place! I’ve seen it around many times and have a lot of teacher friends who shop here. I always thought it was just too pricy but have recently started following EIL on Instagram and saw allllll their sales… it is soooo addicting! I wanna buy everything on sale! :(
Customer service here is definitely on point! They ask for your name when you try on clothes and call you by your first name from there on. One of my teacher friends even mentioned having one the associate’s phone number because she goes sooo often! It’s like she has a personal shopper!
My only gripe about this place is like a few others have mentioned, a lot of their clothes it a little too big for me. :(I definitely need to try things on before I buy it. Although I’m a small in almost everything, the smalls here can run big. They don’t carry any XS sizes so some things that I think are super cute, I can’t get because it doesn’t fit right! :(
On a side note: I love their Yay Cinch campaign! I’ve gotten 4 free obi belts just from their meet ups! Definitely worth following on ig to snag those free belts!
In the meantime, I’ll be looking for some great ig deals!

From their Instagramming their current inventory (hey with 2 toddlers I have to know if it’s worth the trek to town and managing the kiddos to get a cute outfit) to the amazing staff that are so friendly and truly helpful this store really stands out as one of my favorites. They have heart, passion, and amazing drive. If I was in biz school again this would be a prime candidate for a case study on how to do a boutique right. Keep doing what you’re doing!

I absolutely love this boutique! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and this place never disappoints. Especially with the warm friendly staff! I’m all about customer service. and they will def show you great service from when you enter to when you leave the boutique. The staff are willing to provide you tips on how to accessorize your outfit especially when you try on the clothes. Each dressing room includes a variety of different color Obi belts room so you can try them on with all the cutesy clothing. and sometimes they include jewelry pieces too! I’m giving this 5 stars because of the customer service, quality of brands, many accessories to spruce up your outfit– to shoes, jewelry, hairpieces, & the popular obi belts, also the shop provides handbags, perfume, a variety of paper stationaries, how to or cook books, inspirational quotes, trinkets and many more.

Fact: They carry hourglass lily and that’s by far my FAVORITE BRAND!!! her line is so comfy, stretchy fabric, flowy and usually runs larger. It’s like sleeping in my clothes! I’m a sucker for stripes!

I have a love/​hate relationship with Eden in Love (EIL). I love how they sell super cute, trendy outfits and adorable accessories. And I hate how I every single time I step foot in EIL, I end up leaving with choke cute stuff and spending more money than I actually have –_​– haha. Don’t get me wrong, my hate is not like hate hate, it’s just more like my wallet hates me for caving into temptation of buying everything! And trust me, I’m CHINESE! It also doesn’t help that I follow them on Instagram and I’m on their email listing for updates on all their sales and new items. It’s super dangerous knowing when all their current promos are hitting their floors lol.
I’ve always adored EIL, but just recently, I’ve become even more obsessed with EIL. About a year ago, I started taking my health and fitness more seriously. After losing a great amount of weight and finally feeling confident in my own body, I had a need to change my entire wardrobe. Nothing feels better than feeling great and looking great. And that’s where my obsession with EIL actually began. I instantly fell in love with their tent dresses and Obi belts, especially the brand Hourglass Lilly. Just the other week, I purchased my first set of Cinch Obi belts, and I am absolutely floored by how much better my outfits looks with it on and how versatile it is! Cinch is their sister company, and on Cinch’s website, they have tutorials on tricks you can do with their Obi belts.
Although their regular prices are a bit on the pricey side, they do have a lot of promotions that runs throughout the year. For example: every Tuesdays, they have their Twos-​Day sales (buy one, get one free); every Fridays, they have their Fri-​YAY sales (deals on a certain brand and/​or merchandise); and most holidays, they usually have a sale! They probably have one of the best Black Friday deals on the island too. Just last year, they finally allowed their online shoppers to benefit off the same discounts as those shopping at their store. Of course it’s still better to physically be at the store, but for those who work or can’t make it, online deals was very much appreciated! For the first few hours when the store opened, all their merchandises were marked down as low as 50%! They had the same deals for their End of the Year sale too!
Not to mention, the workers here are amazingly awesome and friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I especially want to give a shout-​out to Melanie and Allison. Both of those beautiful young ladies have been very helpful every time I step foot in the store and helped me find outfits that best suite my curves. And Melanie even took the time to show me tips on how to master the Obi belt tricks. Thanks giiiiiirl and sorry I kept blaming you for being the reason why I was going broke haha. And don’t worry, I’ll be back again to get my EIL-​fix. *sigh*

I just love how right when you walk in you’re hit with all these inspirational quotes and sayings. They have so many cute stationary that I just want to buy them all, but I know for a fact that they’ll just end up collecting dust in my drawers. Clothes wise, though I love what I see, I just never seem to find anything for me. Not the cheapest boutique, but not the most expensive either. Terrific customer service. They often ask if you need help but won’t hover either, which is a big plus in my book.

Great clothing, friendly staff. Shopping can be done online, in the store and by phone. Follow them on Instagram, they always post sales and great outfits.

I love shopping, but I hate when I can’t find anything that I need. For about two weeks, I was trying to find somewhere to buy a cute sun dress for my upcoming engagement photos. I’m kind of on the bigger side, so it’s hard to find a dress that I like, especially if it’s a sun dress cause it tends to be higher on the back side. After getting suggestions on Unilocal in the talk thread, I decided to stop by Eden In Love since I was in the area.
I was quickly greeted by a worker (I believe his name was Bryson? I remember seeing him at The Wedding Café Workshops) and he asked me what I was in for and I told him. He suggested a few items and showed me their sale rack that they had as well. I went pretty nuts grabbing things to try on cause they had SO many cute stuffs! I think my fiancé got overwhelmed being in there with me, so he had to take himself outside where he was surrounded by so many estrogen LOL. They had workers going around the store, and one of them asked if I wanted them to start me up on a fitting room and they took my garments to the back to free up my hand. After awhile of roaming around, grabbing everything in sight, I made my way to the fitting room. By the time I got there, there was a wait for the fitting rooms, so I browsed around more, then found myself sitting on one of the chairs near the fitting rooms which was actually quite comfy.
Soon, it was my turn and I feel like I took FOREVER in there trying to choose which dress I wanted to buy. After lots of contemplating and asking my fiancé for his opinion, I finally was able to choose a dress! All the workers in there were very attentive, and helpful with everything. You could really tell that they all love what they’re doing, and I really appreciate that trait. Now that I have found the joys of Eden In Love, I will absolutely be coming in here again in the future!

I love the wardrobe at Eden in Love. This is a small boutique store, so things might be pricy. They have things from clothing to décor for your room and kitchen. This small boutique store changes their clothing often. They keep up with the trends and have new arrivals every so often. If you follow their instagram you can see that they often go the the mainland to bring new items back to the stores.
When you walk into this store everything is in top notch. IT is very organized by colors. As you walk around you may notice the dressing room has changed. Now they have actual doors to close rather than a curtain.

Love, love, love this store! I would be in there all day if I could.
A small boutique store, they have stylish clothing, accessories, books, supplies and knick knacks for women. The also have stuff for men. Their items are appealing, but it’s a tad pricy. I would buy it if I know I’m going to use it frequently for the price. I purchased a planner for $ 35, but I love it! I can’t find it anywhere else.
Customer service is awesome! The ladies are welcoming and they greet customers when they enter the store, and check to see how you’re doing without being pushy.

I have a love/​hate relationship with EIL — I love the items they sell, but hate their ridiculously high prices. $ 50 for a top that’s thin and low quality? Uhhhh… where’s the sale rack?!
I’ve bought a few items when they were at the Night Market — where they had $ 10-​$ 20 racks. I’ve also bought a dress at regular price ($ 50ish) at the store, which was a nice print, but I immediately had buyers remorse.
I still check out the store whenever I’m at Ward and the people working there are very nice, but dang! Those prices!
I did find a similar store on the mainland that has better prices, and you can shop online… so they’ve been my favorite since then!

Eden In Love is probably best known for their EPIC Black Friday Sale. This sale, which prompts eager fans to line up early the night before, is AMAZING! Clothing, Bags, Jewelry, Shoes, Obi Belts, Candles, Art Prints, Knick-​Knacks and more are marked down as low as 50% off (depending on your arrival time)! Despite the huge crowds they inspire, Eden In Love’s Black Friday is known for its organization. I didn’t brave the early crowds this past Black Friday, but was very impressed by the many friendly and smiling Eden In Love employees who ushered customers to the check-​out line and dressing room line with ease. If you have your eye on a particular item, it wouldn’t hurt to go early, but I was still able to find tons of goodies after lunch time. Of course, the earlier you go, the better your savings!
Of course, I can’t review Eden In Love without commenting on their stellar customer service. Every visit to their boutique has been such a great experience — even if I walk out empty-​handed! I love Eden In Love and hope they can find a new home after Ward Warehouse closes!

I can’t say enough how much I love this place! After experiencing my first Black Friday at their store, I’m even more in love. The organization and planning that must’ve went into that was majorly appreciated. Even the little details from offering the guys «Brownie Points» brownies for being there with their wives or girlfriends or the delicious Great Harvest scones. If I could do Black Friday again next year, this is the only place I’d make time for, but for me I’d leave hubby at home and grab one of my girls instead.
Aside from always smelling so nice in there, I really appreciate how thoughtful they are in their product placements for items such as office accessories, journals, stationery, books, etc. Trying something on? They’ve got you covered with accessories to help you complete your outfit whether it’s their famously popular belts or jewelry from their walls.
Whatever the staff does with training to service their customers, they’re doing an awesome job. From the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and are never pushy, but kindly always provide suggestive selling being conscious of the items you have on hand or clothing you’re picking out. You can feel they genuinely care about each and every one of their customers creating that loyalty not all stores can achieve.

Ever since I started following Eden in Love on Instagram, I have going crazy over their clothes. They are great at keeping followers updated on new arrivals and posting daily, they have wonderful advertising on IG. Even with the same dresses, they will post several times using different models, different color dresses, mixed up with new accessories and belts. A dress at first I wouldn’t have considered, I all of a sudden fell in love with just by re-​advertising it with different means.
I don’t get here as often as I wish, but when I do, I sort of go crazy, not only over the clothes, but the jewelry/​accessories, and shoes are amazing. Go to their web-​site or like them on IG and you will agree.
As for inventory, they are often having new shipment. The workers are super friendly! They make you feel so welcomed, they sure do love their customers!

While waiting for the bathroom to be cleaned my mom & i came across this lovely store. They had a sale going on plus donations to a very awesome cause.
I was in love with the material & print they had for their clothes, the sad part for me was that i am a big chested woman so none of their clothes could fit me =(it only went up to size L.
Besides the clothes that couldnt fit me, they did have beautiful accessories. Their jewelry really did compliment the style they had going in there.
While waiting for my sister (she saw that my mom got a cute dress from there so she wanted to check it out too) to try on clothes they had a coloring picture area next to the fitting room (of course i helped myself to it, lol).

It’s my 400^th review so I figured I should write a review for a place I love. Malia in love with Eden in Love. So I’ve know about this story for quite awhile, a lot of my friends love this place. They used to have a small location by the t-​short store on the mauka side of award Warehouse. The store was cramped and kind of dark. It just wasn’t welcoming in my opinion which is why every time I walked in, I walked out shortly. However they are now in the old Cottage by the Sea location which is much bigger and brighter.
They have what’s in style and trendy, I see women of all ages buy clothes from this store. I thought they were expensive and made clothes for smaller women so I always walked in and walked out. I didn’t want to try on and get depressed.
Then last year, I think it was a Ward Center promotion where I could get an item for half off at Eden in Love. This made me make a bigger effort to look around and I tried on some clothes which I normally don’t do. I don’t know if it was because I lost weight so I have a smaller figure or the clothing styles appealed to me more or the discount made a difference, but I actually was able to find a dress that fit well and I thought was super cute. From that day, I’ve been an Eden in love shopper…
The owner goes to LA every so often, so she brings back the newest styles and trends. They have some really awesome tube tops and layering tanks in a ton of colors. They have bags, scarf, décor, things for your pet, home décor, books, local snacks like Chocole’a. I love their cute home décor stuff, it’s so cute and their jewelry. A lot of their jewelry is locally made which I love.
Other than their cute stuff, what makes them really great is their deals. They have a Bliss bag you could buy for $ 20 which scores you specials throughout the year. Right now for almost 2 weeks they’ve been running a $ 20 off a $ 40 item (one per day) if you have a Bliss bag. I won’t say how many times I’ve gone so far but yeah, they all know my name.
They email and post a lot of their daily specials on social media — Facebook and Instagram. This is a newer method for their specials but I think is very successful for them. They got me to go in regularly because of this. I’m the ultimate consumer. They had a cray cray sale for their 5 year anniversary and Black Friday is so huge, they were in the conference room upstairs.
The girls are friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer. She always helps me find which styles are better for my body type and she’s not just trying to sell me stuff. They have some basic things they usually carry and if they’re sold out, you can go on their call list.
They also help out the community and give a lot back with some of hair promos like donate a $ 1 and you can get $ 10 off an item.
You should take a look and I know you’ll be in love too.
