Be prepared to have fun on the dance floor. Confidence replaces uncertainty whether you are social dancing, competing, performing or dancing at your wedding.

Ballroom, Latin and Swing dance instruction. Some specialty dances available as well.

Saturday lesson and open dance for Salsa, bachata, merengue and cha cha, once per month on a Saturday evening, 8 pm-​midnight.

Rental space available to instructors or dancers needing practice space.

History

Established in 1991.

Since 1979, dancing, competing, performing and most importantly, teaching. Doing business as Dream To Dance became a reality in 1991. My previous location of 15 years in Kakaako has been relocated to a beautiful space on the 2^nd floor of Palama Supermarket @ 1070 North King St. #202 & 204.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Hawaii. After college, I trained at a dance franchise and instructed for many years. Moving to an independent studio gave me the experience to venture out on my own and in 1991 Dream To Dance became a reality.

Growing up I was always afraid to speak in front of anyone and although I loved the music and movement of ballet and dance, I felt nervous and self conscious. Starting out with the disco hustle of the 70’s and moving on to a love of waltz and the other ballroom dances, I overcame my uncertainties, gained confidence and started having fun! Helping this fun and confidence happen for my students is my favorite part of teaching!
